It never fails I have came to this location more than three times. The last two times the service has been ridiculous and too long for 3 pieces of chicken. There is always a young females in there who spend most of their time playing joking and laughing at the customers. The food has always been tasteless and not hot. It’s funny to them when they talking about their customers as they walk away, but the jokes stop when you speak to them in Spanish and they realize you also speak the same language. I need to know who the owner is.. who is the General Manager of this location. The floors, restrooms, and lobby are always nasty and unkept. I would rather drive the 8 miles to the Church’s in Atascocita. Someone really needs to check into this location

The place is terrible! Lack of management.. very dirty and don’t even talk about the restroom it’s the dirtiest! Coming to the food the quality is okay the coleslaw salad seems like old and very watery idk why not like other church’s chicken location. Ordered for spicy chicken tenders but not spicy at all. Fries were okay and the jalapeño bites were good.. wouldn’t go again to this location! Church’s chicken management or the owner should really check with this location and have it fixed

We were missing items but the food that we did receive was hot and fresh. One of the ladies seemed like she was irritated, the others seemed fine. The young lady that was irritated did not have the order complete when it was handed to us, there were no napkins, ketchup or anything in the bag or offered. Food was good though

Was there tonight at 9:05 to be exact drive thru and order chicken strips family fries and Lg Mash with fried Okra also wanted biscuits and they did not have any but to my surprise the fries and tenders I got was clumpy fries and refried tenders then called talked to the so call Manager Karla and like I told her a little common sense goes a long way but obviously who ever packed the food has none and she then hung up on me!!! Mmmm!!! Well guess truth hurts!!!

Terrible service was told it would take 15 minutes for my order because they did not have spicy chicken. It has been about 40 minutes. Went to the door ya ask about my order they already locked it and it’s still supposed to be opened. The lady was just cleaning didn’t bother to even come to the door to try to figure out what happened. Just kept pointing to drive through.

This was a horrible experience. The employees do not care to serve African Americans people. The employees are rude and have no customer service experience. The manager sent a person who don’t not speak English to the drive thru window to assist me while they stood there and watched. I’ve watched them dig for older chicken when fresh chicken was right there. They then will turn their back on you not making sure you have all the items you need, w/o making sure you order is correct. So many times they have handed me my food without my drink, walked away from the window and stood there and watched me through the glass as I waved for them to come back to Assit me. They then became angry and with very bad attitude. This is a horrible place to eat. There is another churches on Homestead Rd and Airline. Save your time and money and go eat where they respect the customers. No way to contact the manager or the owner so I’m sure the service will never change. I will never understand why the Spanish women there are so rude and disrespectful. Seem like they only hire Spanish women. Half of them seem illegal as they hide in the back of the store

Just went to this place got there at 9:00 pm it me 30 minutes to get to order my food and was told it was gonna take 15 minutes for the chicken to be ready I said it was ok that I was gonna wait then it took them 30 minutes later I went to knock on the door because it was past the 15 minutes they said and then one of the cashiers came to the door and told me it was taking longer for the chicken yo cook because the framers were not working right plus when I got home some of the pieces were not cooked right I called the restaurant to let them know and told them all they said was that the chicken was cooked the time it was supposed be cooked at I spoke to the manager in charge his name was Christian very poop cutover service
