We went to the location just off midlothian tnpk at about 2pm. Right after their lunch rush. The place looked great. Restroom looked freshly detailed. Tables freshly wiped down. We were there about 40 minutes. In that time they wiped down their front counter 4 times. The selection was great. I watched them take down pizza slices from the buffet after 10 minutes so everything stayed fresh. The manager, Craig, asked everyone in the restaurant several times how they were doing. He seemed to take a lot of pride in his cicis. Just look at that stretchy mozzarella. That’s definitely how I like it.

While Keeping in mind where you’re at, you catch it between rushes it’s not a bad spot. Some decent employees, some super nice, one or two that aren’t but it happens. Could be a little cleaner but again, keeping in mind that massive waves come in so it is what it is. A second soda fountain would be fantastic and repairing the booth cushions would be even better as I saw kids getting their feet stuck when crawling in. Again overall decent. If you’re trying the wings do boneless. The bone in are mushy

Soup and salad bar . On this particular day out of red sauce for pasta was told truck was late . May I suggest adding French dressing for salad pizza kept up with the crowd if special orders .will return in the future.

Food is what you’d expect. Not outstanding, not bad. The cinnamon rolls are the best. Too many children running amok, yelling and not being controlled by their parents. But it’s worth the price.

I love Cici’s pizza and salad bar. As an older person I try to eat more salad than pizza however the young people I go with like more pizza than salad so everyone is happy. This Cici’s location has a new design and has an excellent staff of people including general managers that great customers and keep an eye on freshness, keeping pizza’s coming out and making sure salad bar is fresh and the place is clean. All of the staff are great. I normally eat here at least 1-2x per week. It would be nice to see sunflower seeds, chick peas or some protein source on the salad bar but aside from that I think they are doing a great job and providing a tremendous value for the cost. I recommend this place and think families and kids along with adults can all find something they enjoy here. Keep up the great work Cici’s!

I would never recommend anyone eating in this filthy place. I don’t see why the health dept has not shut it down. It literally has called on nasty filth on top of nasty filth. The bathrooms was just as bad. I cannot imagine what the cooking area looks like that they are making our food in.

Order Hawaiian pizza to go. The young lady that works at the front was very nice and professional. However when I got home and opened the box, the story was different. Please see pictures, i called and complained the young lady was again very nice but gave me two options. 1. Go back and get my money back or go back and have them remake yhe pizza. I live 4 miles away. After calling my credit card to stop the payment, they said that was going to take 5 days so I ended up calling back and yold them to make my pizza again. Please see the picture and judge yourself. Hawaiian pizza is made of Canadian bacon and pineapple. See if you can actually count more than 8pcs in the picture. Lol my last visit to this place.

The staff was nice, food was good and the building was clean. All the Cicis in the Hampton Roads Area are gone, so when I get a chance to visit family, I try and make a trip here with my babies. Haven’t been disappointed yet!!! My kids love it.
