I took my young Kings out for a late night outing, didn’t have much in mine but to hang out and as a parent talk to them because kids tend to be out of our reach at times….just a little random thought for you. However, I wanted to try this place out because they had pool and what appeared to be arcade games. So we entered the restaurant and not knowing if we needed to be seated or seat ourselves. I didnt want to just take it upon myself and seat us so I waited at the door for about 5-10 mins watching the bar tender watch us. She NEVER even spoke to us when we entered. Ice been to places where its empty and people are at the bar BUT the bartender still takes the time to shout “hey welcome, find a seat where ever you like and someone will be with you”. NO, we didnt get that.

I came to city beach the other day for a friends birthday. This place is amazing. Very open layout and the back area has billiards, corn hole, and other games. The staff was amazing and the vibes made me feel like I was at a real beach. Definitely will be back!

Played a show at the National and met a really cool girl that bartended at city beach. Went in to see her and she was amazing. Can’t say enough good things about City Beach! The atmosphere was incredible and the staff is amazing. 10/10 would reccomend!

IMO the bartenders are always the most curt and short I have encountered in Richmond and seemingly bothered to even have to serve the public… I would patronize more often, but I just don’t feel comfortable with the staff. Great location, although some general maintenance would go a long way …

Walked in and was pleasantly surprised. Food was above par and wait staff was very attentive and polite. Kids had fun in the back room playing foosball and basketball. Everyone was happy with the food and our kids said they wanted to come back. Do not waste your time or money going anywhere else to watch the big game, they have good food and drink and good prices.

This was a fun place. Really clean and you can always get moose juice (a really lite beer, but good) for 4$ – good pro post happy hour. Food was good and staff was great. Recommend checking it out.
