After being well received in Oklahoma City Cowboy Chicken Edmond opened in the Bryant Square shopping center in May of 2018. This place takes pride in all its dishes, and each part of our family meal (not just the chicken) was outstanding. “Family of 6” fed us with leftovers: chips and salsa, sweet potato (butter and brown sugar on the side), baked macaroni and cheese, French fries, and beans that had a small kick which we loved. Staff was so helpful and gracious, place was clean and smelled of wood fired deliciousness for an inviting atmosphere. It felt like a high quality home cooked comforting meal. Would definitely come here again!

Ordered two meals, both were amazing. Flavorful, juicy chicken. Baked mac and cheese was rich and creamy. Green beans were fresh and well seasoned. And watching the chickens on the rotisserie is bonus entertainment

Absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked and seasoned rotisserie chicken with a choice of wonderful and unique sides. Never seen creamed spinach or even heard of it but it was delicious. The sides are not only unique, but made like they truly care about the quality and flavor of the food. Highly recommend the cucumber jalapeño lemonade.

The food was so good it’s like my soul ascended to heaven and spiritually high-fived God himself. The service staff was extremely nice. It was my first time ever eating at this place, and the manager let me and my girlfriend sample a few of the menu items. Overall, this restaurant was like heaven on earth.

What an excellent surprise! The salads here are AMAZING. Better than a Chick-fil-A salad by miles and similar pricing and idea. I got the Monterey salad with the chili lime dressing on the side. It’s a new fav of mine for sure! Loved the sides of Mac and cheese, beans, and rice. They were fresh and super tasty. The drumsticks were good too! Not the juiciest but the flavor was really good and it wasn’t dry. The enchiladas were good – very saucy but I think if we got it on the side it would be good. The enchilada sauce is pretty limey/cilantro/salt but good! Great to go service. Definitely coming back.

The only reason why I give a three-star on the food is because of my son. He is very picky on food but he did enjoy it so a three star on the food from him and a four star on the food for me I thought it was really good. And the staff was top-notch and very helpful and very friendly.

Went for our first time, And was pleasantly surprised! The enchiladas were delicious, as are the side dishes. The cole slaw is awesome. The only thing I would change is on the kids meals- it was really heavy on the fries and light on the chicken.

Family meal for four was affordable and delicious. The salad was generously sized to share and topped with plenty of toppings. If I had to provide any criticism it would be the green beans need a bit more seasoning or even try them smoked on the grill with the chicken.
