Amazing meal! The Duck was most excellent and the Salmon was superb as well. Had the Lobster Mac & Cheese for an appetizer which was very creamy with big chunks of lobster. Overall a great dining experience! Amy was very gracious and knowledgeable making the evening a true delight. Well worth the visit!

Cozy and intimate the Crystal Bay Steak & Lobster House restaurant sets the evening for an elegant fine dining experience. Service from start to finish is outstanding, knowledgeable and attentive with making sure to include the extra touches for those special celebrations. Be sure to make a reservation as seating/capacity is limited and tends to fill up on their busier nights or holidays.

I have eaten here a few times, in the past, and it was excellent, very fine dining. Now I will not go back. First of all they were going to seat us in the back room that was blowing freezing air from the vents, other guests asked to be moved too. So we were to moved to the front room which was warmer but smelled like an ashtray. The air filteraition must not be working.

What a horrible experience. This place will cancel your reservation without notice. We had a reservation for six. I confirmed the reservation an hour before we got there. We spent a lot of money getting their through Uber. The manager lied to us and said he Tried calling me. This is the second time they did this to us. We recommend Garwoods. The picture is us at Gsrwoods. Go there instead

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Lobstar tail and gnochi were great! Staff was very friendly as well. Just be aware that this restaurant is inside a casino. You have to go theough a casino to get to the restaurant.

We were very disappointed with our dinner experience at CBSL. The food was not hot, they got my order of an 11 Oz salmon wrong, and my wife’s order of how she wanted her stripsteak cooked. Then it took 20+ minutes for someone to notice us to get her order fixed, and it wasn’t them who noticed even though several employees saw the steak sitting at edge of table. My wife had go flag down someone.

The professionals at this establishment have been able to keep fine dining alive and well during COVID and I cannot say enough good things about them. I’ve eaten here for celebrations, like my marriage, and also on a random Wednesday. Every time I am delighted by this unexpected gem and the people who take care of us.
