Can’t go wrong with a double butter burger and an order of cheese curds.

Second time going to this location because it is close to home, but now probably the last. The food both times was very dried out, not warm, and made poorly. The hamburger meat was very overcooked & hard to even eat because it was so burnt. The second time I got exactly 1 of each topping— not tasty having most of your bites nothing but bread and burnt meat :/ See picture.

I came in and ordered a meal with pretzel bites which I know is extra but I asked for one dipping sauce, honey mustard! They charged me 35 cents for one just one honey mustard but if u order a different meal like tenders it comes with it. I understand if it’s extra dipping sauce that they would charge me for but just ONE HONEY MUSTARD like that’s ridiculous. No other place charges extra for 1 dipping sauce. And if it comes. With other meals it shouldn’t be an up charge or just 1 sauce.

I usually love Culver’s but this location is so unclear with their order processing and terribly slow. The drive through is the slowest Culver’s I’ve ever seen. Hoping they would learn & get better, but after several visits, it has shown no improvement. Good food, but do not expect the speed of a drive through ever.

We went last Sunday mid afternoon. Not busy. Ordered our food, got our drinks, and went in search of a clean table, not many, if any were available. Plenty of staff and mentioned the tables to our server. We ate our food and got ice cream, and still not one employee came out to clean up the dining room. It’s sad how there is no pride in doing your job anymore.

I’ve been hyped up on Culver’s for years. Finally got a chance to try it.

It’s really nice to have a Culver’s within 3 miles of home. They would have gotten 1 more star if what I received was how I ordered it. Instead of extra pickle (I really like pickles), I got no pickles! In their defense, they are a new store and have lots of trainees working there. They have good food though.

Did not enjoy my experience. This is my second time eating here. First time I waited over 30 minutes for an order I placed 30 minutes before I arrived. Food was fine. This time wait still slow not very busy at the time. Had spicy chicken sandwich. It came with pickles lettuce and tomatoes. No sauce at all. Maybe I was supposed to order it specifically. I don’t know I see no reason to wait for a long time for fair quality. On the bright side I didn’t get food poisoning.

Well it was interesting. My husband’s cheese burgers came out without cheese but the attendant caught it before bringing to the table. So she takes them back and brings them to us with two pieces of American cheese cold on the burger. It was hilarious. I couldn’t believe he ate one of them like that.

This location seems to be improving. However, I’ve learned not to order a burger. The ‘wafer’ thin burgers we have been served here have no flavor. Yes, this is a new location and possibly Culver’s (the franchise) is doing something differently. Service also seems to be improving.
