We stopped here on the way to the ferry, as one does on a Labor Day weekend, and experienced both a supper friendly service with the gentlemen who took our order/cooked for us and a fantastic taste with the BBQ. The service was fast so it’s a great spot to pick up some great food while waiting for the ferry. The meat was smoky and tender and complimented by the other sandwich toppings — it was nice to see sauces honoring the different bbq traditions of the American South!

Love love love Dads BBQ. Food is always excellent. Service is good but sometimes not friendly. Atmosphere is a picnic bench between the wood pile and the BBQ trailer in the gravel parking lot. But I don’t go anywhere else for BBQ. LOVE the smoked baked potato with BBQ and coleslaw on top ‼️

Came by here for the first time and am more than satisfied! Perfectly moist and juicy brisket and fall-off-the-bone ribs. The sauce is savory and sweet and smokey. Good potato salad and decent Mac and cheese. My taste buds are completely spoiled and I have more than enough leftover for lunch tomorrow. I’ll definitely be back

A must stop on Anacortes. We seen him out there before sunrise, tending the pits. I knew we had to stop. Tjey smell alone, you would be stupid to pass by. Brocalini is phenomenal. Pulled pork melts in your mouth. Carolina sauce is a mild variety. But full of flavour. And the coleslaw is top notch. Can’t wait to return and try more of the menu.
