We struggled through the order, trying to get it right. The clerk did not understand a lot and we went back and forth. We just ordered shakes and they were delicious with two going to my grandchildren. Not too bad in experience but they could improve by a lot.

My father bought an ice cream cake from this Dairy Queen for my birthday. I ate a small piece and did not like it. This cake was made with fat-free, ice milk “ice cream”. There is also no cake in it. It was not good at all. No taste or flavor, very watery – gross. My father had the receipt and again, I ate a small piece out of it, nothing more. My father proceeded to return the cake with the receipt. He said the woman who was assisting with the return made all types of excuses and gave him a hard time returning the cake! Terrible customer service. What happened to, “the customer is always right?” This DQ has lost my business.

Overall a good experience. Food was hot and the order was filled correctly. The chicken strips were a little overdone but were still good. The gravy portion was a little stingy and if you want extra you have to pay $0.60 for it which is an irritating trend happening in the fast food world. The prices were edging on ridiculous. I paid $8.29 for a triple cheeseburger! Service was good and they bring the food to your table which is a nice touch. The dining area and drink station were clean which is a rarity for DQ in general. The music was really loud when we first got there but they turned it down. If they hadn’t, I would have asked them to. It’s very annoying when you can’t even converse with your dining partners. If I had my way, no restaurant, grocery store…etc. would even play music. Overall, it’s a solid 4 star eatery.

Very awful experience and will not going back again. We used to came to the store once a week but the service gone worst every time we visited. The cashier makes you feel like she didn’t want to take your order and she didn’t even asked if you want your receipt then she left. The french fried tasted like they haven’t change the frying oil for a weeks (even with catchup it still tastes awful) and it’s really oily. The only thing that is good is their strawberry sundae.

I’d rather you be honest about what you are willing to cook at 9:20pm then give me this terrible watery gravy. We chose to come here because we love Dairy Queen and although they claimed their ice cream machine was broken and that’s why they were closing early at 9:30pm we decided to order food since we had just left the hospital and had not had dinner. Usually when food places are about to close my husband and have a rule to just leave because normally this happens poor service. But we were hungry and tired. Other mentions our toast was old too. Last time I checked it’s it’s against regulation to serve old food. NEVER coming back and we’ve been coming here since they opened.

I just had one burger and the bread was soggy, they say they toast the bun. They re did my burger and I just don’t understand why they meat look so process, the other side of the meat looked grilled, I didn’t even finish the meat and I didn’t want to go back inside to get my money back.. The people inside was very nice, so I assumed it is not there fault they meat looked terrible… I am just going to stick with DQ Blizzards. I can’t do there burgers

Stay away! Showed up and was told they won’t serve food because it takes a long time to clean. Per Google, this location closes at 12. Drive thru menu is half lit up and drive thru attendants were inpatient.

Came to this location today Friday August 13th, and was very disappointed. Management was terrible. I kept asking for a simple burger with just meat and cheese and Jalapeño ranch. But they somehow managed to mess the order up 3 times. I had also ordered tacos it it really upset me when I got home to see they were missing the toppings like tonight’s experience was the worse. Whoever was manager recognizes for a poor performance in their job
