Pictures speak for themselves. Parking lot , inside , outside, patio dirty . This definitely does not make it easy to return to this location even though it’s close to my house. Got chicken tender meal. The food was great. The hot fudge Sunday was a JOKE! The ice cream didn’t even reach the top of the bowl. When I said can you put a little more ice cream, she put more hot fudge. I t said again “can you put a little more ice cream ” she said NO! I took a picture of it to share with family and friends. I’ll go to Culver’s next time.

Ordered a cookie dough blizzard and thought I was enjoying it until I found paper in it. I thought maybe it was from the cup and kept eating but found paper two more times. I’m highly unsatisfied and won’t be buying here again.

Love this location!! Great service and staff. very friendly. The service is very quick and all my food was fresh. I ordered a 4 piece sauced and toss with fries and a blizzard. I got my blizzard withing minutes of ordering I sat down in the dining lobby area and my food was brought to me. The bathrooms and dining area seem to be clean and well organized. I had a wonderful experience at this location and defiantly will be returning very soon!!

i went through here today and ordered a sauced and tossed chicken strip basket. drive all the way home to realize there was no sauce on them. went back there for them to throw my old food away, get me a new one but didn’t think of any way to fox the mistake. most places wouldn’t let me keep my original food or given me a card for the inconvenience but nothing was done other then just throwing away my old food and giving me new food.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I moved here from NC and have tried this location a few times for blizzards because I have always loved DQ, until now. I’m done giving this location a chance. Every single time I go through the drive thru, I ask for my order to be packaged to go, as in lids and carrier since we’re taking them home for other people. This never happens even though I expect it to because it’s their job, not mine, to package it to go. They don’t give many napkins so by the time I get home, which is literally a minute away, the ice cream is all over the car and the person stuck holding them. There are always young kids running the drive thru, which would be fine, if they cared at all about good customer service. I gave this location too many chances and I won’t be back again. I will also tell people about my experiences there so they avoid the awful customer service. Steer clear of this location!

Dairy Queen reminds me of my childhood and their blizzards are always on point. Sadly their employee Johnathan at this location was rude and ruined the experience (my kids first experience at DQ)- I understand times are hard particularly when it comes to finding good employees but his rudeness was uncalled for. He treated my husband and myself as though we were an inconvenience during our drive thru experience. I don’t know if it was because we modified our blizzard order once through the speaker or because he was having a bad day. Ironically, I was ready to tip big because I appreciate how hard fast food employees work, but once he spoke to us at the window I just wanted to get out of there so as to not have my children ask questions about his behavior. Johnathan, please get help or consider employment outside of customer service.

We always love this Dairy Queen. My only problem is that it is hard to hear the employees at the register. The ice cream mixers going all the time get loud. The restraunt is always clean and I like the table service.
