I came here with my family on the evening of Wednesday, August 16th. When we got there we saw that the drive-through line was super long (at least 15 cars), so we decided to go inside to order our food. Unfortunately, the establishment appeared to be very short-staffed (I didn’t see more than 4 employees), and it felt like an extremely hectic environment (there was lots of noise coming from the kitchen…). The person that took my order didn’t know how to apply a coupon we had, and she had to bring over her manager. The manager was able to apply the coupon, but it was obvious she was very stressed (other customers were coming up to complain about their orders, multiple employees were asking her questions, it was simply a hectic environment). It took roughly 20-30 minutes for my blizzard to come.

Stopped in today around 4:30pm. The young lady and young man working were very pleasant and efficient. The food was delicious and made well (great temperature and not slopped together). It came out in a timely manner as well. Thank you for a great experience. It is appreciated.

Great DQ that incorporates with the park next door really well. Friendly workers and usually fast service if you go inside. The drive though has a HUGE line every night that can take 30+ minutes to pass through. Have never had trouble with the food or service, but the drive through line is a massive disappointment.

I am editing a previous positive review. It must have been a miracle at the time. I went here a couple days ago and the drive thru took forever. When I finally got my order, one of the blizzards was wrong so I had to park and go inside to get it fixed. I paid extra money for cheesecake bites and I literally had 2 pieces in the whole thing. Why even have a blizzard menu when the whole thing is always just ice cream? Put toppings in the blizzards especially when customers pay 89 cents extra and don’t get any. So disappointing.

Honestly? This is my favorite fast food restaurant. It nails every requirement right on the head. Delicious food and treats, a clean and comfortable building, and of course, helpful and friendly staff! ( something you don’t see often nowadays in fast food joints )

The person expediting orders had no clue what she was serving and the made them out of order. I got melted ice cream. One guy working both counter and drive through who has a disability and was working 10x harder then everyone else. Horrible experience

Stopped to order some DQ at 8pm and the doors were locked with 30+ people inside and 10 cars deep in drive in line. Seems to be a safety hazard to lock the doors with that many people inside. Hope the franchise owners know whats going on in this location.

They have some little racist kids working at this location. The girl who took my order and that of my kids acted so rudely. Same with the guy at the back end. Very disgusting attitude. If you cannot provide good services to people regardless of their race, just quit. I am highly disappointed.
