Have gone here probably 5 or 6 times since it’s convenient for us. Consistently wait 20-30 minutes for a couple of blizzards, even though drive thru line is always short. The blizzards are always very sloppy and melted, very low quality. Horrible experience.

I pulled up to the drive through, the man asked how can I help you. I asked can I get a quart of your vanilla soft serve? He said nothing, I waited & waited, said Hello twice but no response. Finally just pulled up to the window, he said what do you want, I said I ordered a quart of soft serve. He said I told you to wait, I was serving others and can’t do you at the same time. I said I didn’t hear that. He took my credit card to pay, he asked to see my ID because on the back it said Check ID. I didn’t have my wallet, I said oh I don’t have my ID. He said well then I’m not taking the card. I said could I show you my car registration, he said how do I know you didn’t steel this car. WOW!! What a jerk!! I left went to Meijer got my ice cream. Went home and called to speak to the manager, the jerk said he was the manager. I asked to speak to the owner, he said he didn’t know it but there’s info on my receipt to complain.

I don’t ever post reviews. Honestly this might actually be my first, but I can’t get over how insanely rude they were when I tried to place an order in the drive through. I have worked in fast food before so I understand and am usually very efficient and polite when ordering and this worker could not have been more rude and snapped at me multiple times. Very poor customer service.

Slow & rude! Refused to honor a fundraising coupon even though the location’s address was clearly listed as a participating restaurant. When question, the cashier stated management said they didn’t honor it and she rudely turned and walked away. Definitely won’t be returning!

We ordered a single cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger from this location. As I was sitting in the drive-through I watch them put both hamburgers in the microwave prior to putting them in the bag. When we got home both sandwiches had been cooked so long in the microwave the cheese was completely off of the burger and on the wrapper. The bottom bun was so soggy from sitting in the cheese we had to throw both sandwiches in the trash. Common occurrence at this location. Save yourself the grief & go somewhere else!

We ordered 2 of the $7 boxes. The fries in both boxes were way overcooked and cheeseburger tasted as if it had been sitting there for hours. Chicken strips were good.
