Visiting El Paso for the first time for the holidays. Found this gem from a recommendation to visit the “Cincinnati Entertainment District”. Holey moley! The service was great, it was one girl and she was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. She was running the store with a great attitude and attentive. The window to view the cooks is super cool, as you can see the cooks hand-making the dumplings and your meal. The atmosphere is small, like a hole-in-the-wall vibe and super cozy. The menu had a lot of options, and does advise you that the fresh dumpling are a 15-minute wait time. But WELL worth it. The soup was unlike I’ve had before. It wasn’t spicy but soooo delicious. The beef in the soup was like BUTTER. Smoothest beef I have ever bitten into. The stir fry combination noodles were very savory and full of flavor. The soup dumplings were so good. Adding chili oil & soy sauce on top is a must. The pork buns were sooo soft with a perfect crisp! I’ve written enough, but I’ll end saying I was soooo happy I found this place. I’m sure the other locations are just as good. : )

Let me start off by saying this food was old, hard and cold. Please don’t serve food you would not eat yourself. This was a horrible and expensive experience. The orange chicken pieces were so hard that I could not even chew them. The best thing on this plate was the plain white rice. This orange chicken dish was garnished with a single small piece of broccoli and almost no sauce. Flavorless and stale is the only description that comes to mind to describe this dish.

I went to kaedama and they told me to wait 30 minutes. I was like nahhh. Then I went to this little street by utep and I found this place by mistake. At the beginning I was thinking if is going to be nice or not! But ooooo surprise when I got my food! I was very surprised about the quality of the wonderful plate. I will say higher than kaedama and better than many places in El Paso. Honestly they need people like waiters etc. Was only a girls managing the entire small place but nice decorated.! The food taste authentic and very good. I give them 4 because they need to work to get waiters . The bao was! Uffff delicious!

We usually love this place. We just finished eating (well picked at my food) food was not good! I asked for an extra plates so we could can share, I served my plate of combination fried noodles (nasty) when I asked if I could change it because they were not good mushy and flavorless. Evelyn told me she could add something else with a charge. I was not trying to get free food. The fried dumplings dough was very doughy, again we told her they felt a little undercooked, she followed with a “no they are not” that they have a timer when cooked. Food was not hot. So sad that we paid $68 for bad service and not good food. I hope it gets better. UTEP noodles and dumplings please go back to normal!!!

Terrible eating experience. We had ordered here before and the food was very good which was the fried noodles and chicken and the fried noodles with beef. The last couple of times the same dishes were horrible. No flavor, old beef that was chewy, had to throw it away. The chicken dish was just as bad. We spent over $30 dollars and wish we had just saved our money and made something at home. Will never go to any of these establishments again. Save your$$$

No complaints about service, but I think we had a miscommunication. I went into the restaurant to place an order for takeout and I thought they were to call when it was ready. I never got a call so 45 minutes later went in to check on the order and it was sitting on the counter. unfortunately xiaolongbao are much better hot and fresh. I should have ordered based on the menu items in 5 star reviews but I didn’t… I can’t say the chicken mixed noodle was everything I hoped it would be. The noodles themselves were very good but would have loved a more flavorful sauce. This is my fault because it is in the description but I wasn’t wild about the sautéed tomatoes and cabbage in the mix (leafy part) either.

As a student attending UTEP right next to this restaurant, there is no other place I would want to spend my hard earned money on than Noodles & Dumplings. The food is fantastic and customer service is top notch. Expect amazing authentic food when you shop here and definitely a 10/10 in my book. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Not a good place to go and eat, chefs attitude was very poor, I like the food from Noodles & Dumplings but I do not recommend this location! On N Mesa and E Robinson Avenue. They forgot an order at our table and when we all finished eating the food never arrived.
