Carmen median is the owner of this seemingly fine establishment. She seems to be nice older lady and a good cook. I will give her props on her cooking skills her food is usually very good. But that’s after you look past the the appalling conditions the food is prepared in. She takes good off of other people’s plates to make another such as the rice and beans most commonly. She licks her fingers and continues working not to mention when she stops crumbs of food or dribbles somthing she’s eating that spills from her mouth into unsuspecting patrons food. She consistently puts people’s lives in harm’s way but the pure disregard for hygiene in her kitchen. She’s Drops food and puts it back on the plate. And thats just a little of that disgusting details ill spare you tho youll usally catch her Yelling and screaming and even throwing stuff at customers and employees alike even her own family! If you want authentic Mexican food that taste good I’ll say ya her foods good! But have fun with direah, abdominal pain, vomiting, and much more including maybe an intestinal worm!. But hey atleast she gave you free tortias!.. don’t go!

Absolutely love coming here, the food is amazing. I love to get the enchiladas and gorditas. Everything is made fresh, very authentic. Price is very reasonable for what you’re getting. Everytime I’m in Laredo I make sure to get to Delcys at least once. The enchiladas are out of this world. If you haven’t been before make the trip, you’ll be back. Love the food, love the service, owner yakes time to know ger customers, love being a regular there

Another place in Laredo which uses the pandemic to get rich. The website says the dining area is open and we drove there and the dining area is closed because of the pandemic. These types of places should be fined for refusing to go back to normal instead of using the pandemic to get richer by not opening the dining area. Just horrible

The food is made from scratch with love. Everything is homemade the tortillas, gordita, tostadas and enchiladas. Friendly hole-in-the wall. My suggestion would be order a little of everything, they have a small menu. The prices are very reasonable.
