Thanks Deno for keeping this Florence staple open! Have eaten here twice this week. My friend asked “what’s good?” And my reply was, “anything!”. Want a great salad or burger? Get a salad or a burger. Want some fried chicken or flounder? Get some fried chicken or flounder. They’ve got gyros, hot dogs, banana splits, milkshakes and more. Oh yeah, can’t forget those chicken tenders! Sit on the patio or take your order to go. In a hurry? The drive thru is open. Never disappointed, always up for a Deno burger in this house. Yum, yum,

Their food is delicious! Try out the Gyro their sauce is absolutely the best and their ice cream choices and service are amazing! They are very busy so it’s best to order ahead. Make your tummy happy; go check them out! Highly recommend!

After coming here for 2 years, ordering the same thing (small chocolate shake add hot fudge) I was refused service today by one of the employees. Stating it’s not “possible” to make that shake, after stating I’ve ordered it for 2 years with no issues, I asked if I could be charged the $1.90 for extra topping and even to just get the hot fudge on the side, I was laughed at by the employee and told no. This is extremely disappointing as I have never received such terrible service or been flat out refused service before.

4th time coming here in the past month and will be the last. Each time they either left out items completely or made them wrong. First time I didn’t get all my food, second time was made wrong even after lady repeated my order at pickup. Third time was very old food and now the last time was no bacon on a bacon cheeseburger, no fries and no onions on a chili cheese dog add onions please. This place used to be worth it…that time has passed I’m afraid.

Had to grab a quick bite to eat before a funeral. The drive thru is always packed, but they move you through quickly. My husband got a grilled chicken sandwich & I got a salad. Everything was great as usual.

***Florence local*** ordered takeout here a few weeks ago, and one of our meals was not in the bag. We didn’t realize this until we got across town. We ordered 2 cheeseburger combos, 1 chicken gyro combo, and 1 chicken salad combo. When I called and told them that we paid for 4 plates and only received 3, they said no problem. Next time you order, just talk to me again, and we will replace that plate. He asked for my name like he was going to write it down. When I called to order again, they said sorry, have no record of this, and didn’t replace the meal that we already PAID for. I didn’t realize this is how they do business. My office ordered from them at least 3 or 4 times a month, but we will no longer be ordering from them.

Every time that we will order from Sundae House they always make sure that our order is right. Only one time that the order waa mess up and they cought before gave it to us, I share with them that im an Executive Chef and you dont see that often where the company employees caught the mistake.
