I’ve been here many times, and I’m always blown away by the flavors. Whether mild or spicy, the variety of seasoning is the best I’ve seen, especially in a buffet. Service is good, restaurant is clean but sometimes noisy from the open kitchen.

Dhaba Indy catered our wedding and did an absolutely phenomenal job. We were able to choose not only off of the menu from the restaurant, but any dish we wanted they made for us. All of the dishes were absolute perfection. Eating here is always a pleasure, but if you’re looking to cater Indian food for any event, Dhaba Indy is a must. The staff was on time to deliver the food and everything was exactly as we had ordered, including excellent quality of taste. Highly recommend!

Stopped by for the lunch buffet on a recent Saturday. Really liked the food. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately a bit far from my home, but will be back as often as I can manage. Update: My last visit about a week ago revealed that this restaurant will be closing around January 7th. This made me very sad. The owners have apparently sold the business to someone else, who will be opening it under another name – Briyana something, I believe. So that’s the bad news. The good news is that the food truck will evidently continue operating. I look forward to sampling the food whenever it visits downtown Indy.

Delicious food, especially the naan! We enjoyed the buffet for lunch. Dishes are labeled on the chalk wall above the buffet. We aren’t familiar with Indian cuisine, so the labels are not helpful for us yet. But questions are cheerfully answered. I saw another pair of diners who were vegetarian ask about dishes they could eat off the buffet, and the server went over the entire buffet pointing out each dish that would meet their needs and describing it. Naan is brought to your table in a basket (and it is freshly made to order). We enjoyed the garlic and then the buttered flavors (plain also available). We will be eating here again.

Good food, reasonable price. I have been here several times both for the buffet and for sit-down entrees. I have also ordered carryout as well as use their catering service. The food is very good and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be returning.

Good place for quick Desi dining experience! It’s staff is very good & courteous! I have been here 2-3 times now & for lunch buffet I like the variety they have! Chicken – biryani & even fried fish (rarely seen in other Indian buffets).
