The owner – an old Asian man is extremely rude and hostile. He was very aggressive and screaming swear words at me and my young children aged between 5 months and 3 years old, just because I was breastfeeding the baby in the car park. When my husband asked him to stop, he continued to make threats, shouting at the car window. Apparently, according to the neighboring stores, he is always like this.

This deli is a typical “dump” deli. Its unsanitary, they touch your food with their bare hands. Worst deli in gaithersburg, current owners blow. Go to Wow deli or even Ziggy deli they are both a couple minutes from the diamond deli and both are way better in providing quality food. Diamond deli’s food is overpriced. They skimp you on meat and their customer service is non-existent.

The owner assasulted my little sister. She tried to get out of the door using her hip and the glass cracked. She came back to apologize and the owner bent her wrist and pulled her hair and threw her on the ground then locked her in the store.
