I ordered a meat plate for delivery through DoorDash and I did not receive my Texas toast. I received a biscuit instead of the toast , I did not receive the cookie I ordered. I did not receive a big yellow cup which I would expected to have some ice but instead I got can of soda .. I did not receive a knife, a fork or napkin, so I had to eat this meal with my fingers. and the meat was cold.

I ordered through Doordash and am beyond disappointed. Received food cold, not Even Luke warm. You get a roll, not texas toast. The meat was okay, but I needed sauce to taste good. The Mac and cheese wasn’t good either. Luckily, doordash refunded me because this was not worth any money

If you know Dickey’s from Los Angeles you will be very disappointed but if you don’t you should be ok. The brisket here is very different and was served cold. Not bad but not great as other locations.

Typical Dickie’s just like at home. It’s hard to find the “right food cooked by the right people!” I was a bit ticked because they mixed the pork and the beef together who does that so my friend couldn’t eat their portion of the food
