I’m sorry but this place sucks. There were two items in my order that they got wrong, and I had the receipt as proof. The meat was super dry as well and the ribs looked like they were damn near grey. It really grinds my gears when all you have to do is read the order on what to make, and you can’t even do that. One star for the spicy barbecue sauce because I actually liked that.

The food was fine, but the app shows more options and specials, and we didn’t get the military discount. The cash register and/or app wasn’t working well. Lights were flickering like a haunted house. So many options on the menu are still taped over. That’s our last try. Very few dinner customers. They told us the baked potatoes would be ready in 2.5 hours.

Absolutely amazing customer service and food! Having a pork allergy, the ladies behind the counter were utmost caring and even swap that all the knives, forks and cutlery, including cutting board to make sure if there would be no allergic reactions! We’re definitely be going back if they were closer to home! I was big Texas customer service. Definitely nowhere in your Texas!

Tried to call to place a to-go-order, no answer. When arriving, no one was in the restaurant. Ordered 5 items totaling over 68.00. Price vs. portion size= poor value for the money. The “sides” are in very small containers and the Mac n cheese we ordered for my granddaughter was small and expensive. The sauce that you order with your meal was not added to the order so there was no BBQ sauce with our sandwiches. I asked the workers which sandwich was which (as they were not marked) and one of them asked if he wanted me to mark it after the fact; the other said I could just open them up to see. A little late and so not helpful. I will not be buying from this establishment again.

The cashier said my total was 29.99 when I only ordered the 3 meat plate and a drink. It was actually $25.86. Also they no longer have free icecream like they used to. The portions are a lot smaller than they used to be. The wings are disappointing. The pulled pork and brisket are good tho. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! My mom,sister,and I were ripped off!
