An Italian gem. Service was kind and food delicious. Pictured is Melanzane e Mozzarella di Bufala, Cavatelli con Salsiccia and Knob Creek Manhattan. Highly recommended!

Excellent food – delicious. Nice small menu where everything looks good. Excellent drink menu. Friendly and prompt service. Nice cozy atmosphere. Tucked away on side street. 5 out of 5 – would recommend 🙂

Wonderful food, exquisite atmosphere, attentive and knowledgeable staff – an all around 10/10 experience. Basically the best Italian food I’ve had outside of Italy (and I lived there for a year and have visited since). I enjoyed the duck ragu with handmade pasta and the eggplant antipasto (appetizer) with fancy mozzarella hit a perfect spot between salty, savory, and tart. The tiramisu melted in my mouth and was super fun to eat. Plus all the dishes were plated beautifully like works of art. You can tell the chefs really care about the food – both flavor and presentation as well as locally sourced ingredients

Dish Osteria is a top-notch Italian restaurant located in Pittsburgh’s South Side neighborhood. The restaurant’s cozy and inviting atmosphere, complete with exposed brick walls and comfortable seating, sets the stage for an exceptional dining experience.

Raelynn(sp?) was a gem. Great bartender and conversation. Parpardelle e Funghi was fantastic and the wine recommended was great. Would definitely go back

Great! Food and atmosphere. Looks unremarkable from the outside, but great food. I had the grilled seafood plate with risotto and everything was good. Reasonable portion sizes so you’re not too full and the flavor is great. Will definitely come back.

Great food, great atmosphere, lovely little Italian place. Highly recommended! The grappa options are fantastic and so are the wines/cocktails. I’d particularly recommend the fish and seafood dishes if that’s what you like but honestly, everything on the menu is good and you won’t go home hungry.

Exceptional food and ambience here, probably the best Italian food in Pittsburgh! I’ve brought many friends here, and it didn’t let them down. Highly recommend the rigatoni, pappardelle, and quails.

Great food and the service was amazing. They were really accommodating to our two children we brought along. They split the pasta for the kids on two plates and brought out a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Best dining experience we’ve had in a while!
