I always try to visit when I’m in my home town. It is comfort food to me. Stromboli, theirs is what I compare all other to, is my go to order. Sadly I don’t get to eat there that often, my schedule doesn’t match their hours of operation. If you are in Campton visiting, I highly recommend the Dixie Freeze.

Would’ve given better review, but the deep fried mushrooms I got had been cooked way too long. They were extremely crunchy and dried up on the inside. The cheeseburger box was extremely good – especially the coleslaw.

I no longer live in Campton but every single time I go home to see my family & friends the Dixie Freeze is a MUST, several times over! I always get the Stromboli w some spicy fries & I’m never disappointed. The fried mushrooms, burgers & fish sandwich are bangin as well. I’m ready to call them & place an order! The Dixie a freeze is a staple to the city of a Campton.

Every time we call to place an order the line is busy, tired for over 45 minutes and couldn’t get through today. Last week we called and they placed us on hold for 15 minutes and no one came back to take the order we had to hang up and call again before someone took our order
