I had them in the past and really enjoyed the food. Today the food was reheated and dried out, they ran out of fries and gave us dried up onion rings we couldn’ eat. The manager was so rude when I ordered and when I brought the food back she wouldn’t even refund me fully. It’s sad they treat the people who support them so badly! They wouldn’t get any stars if I could. .

I love Docks and go ever time I’m in town. I visit yesterday order larger catfish steak and family catfish nuggets. The food didn’t not taste good as I am unaccustomed to. The food was nasty. Especially the catfish nuggets which was not catfish nuggets. I don’t know if its under new management or what. But it was too many new faces for me. Food did not taste the same at all. The food is nasty and not worth buying in my opinion. I’m extremely passed about this. Docks was my favorite seafood restauranût. Smfh I been eating here too damn long to not know the difference. Please bring the old crew back.

The food was amazing I had the create your own skillet with pancakes. It was mouthwatering I can’t wait to go back. And our server was very nice as well. Only downside was the parking we had to walk a little distance.

Poor customer service. I ordered shrimp dinner. I had to go back because there was no fries in tray. Then no lemon wedges. Then they gave me old fries had to take them back second time for fresh fries. The fountain drinks taste like mildew. First time here and I will never come back. Ordered my food at 7:09pm now it’s 7:44 and I still don’t have the fries. $13 wasted

Ordered 6 piece catfish meal. Said the wait is 20 minutes went back in 30 and was told “shortly.” Waited at least 25 minutes, called other orders. I asked for mine, cashier said this isn’t a ticket. She was saying i didn’t have an order. She went to the cook in the back for about 7 or 8 minutes. Came back and said some order number she had been calling was my order and gave it to me. She was calling 38 but the number on my receipt was 40. Should’ve requested a refund. It was over an hour wait and the food was cold and taste wasn’t good, very greasy without season. No I’m not angry just stating facts
