The wait time is unbelievably long. My pizza was in the prep station for 45 minutes!!! Took longer than an hour for one cheese pizza. I don’t know they accept orders if they’re backed up because the food is never ready within a good time frame. Yes the food is good and the staff is fine but they clearly need more people or something because the wait times are outrageous.

We ordered about 10:00 pm .. we waited and nobody ever came or called. Around 11:30 pm we were told the driver had been in an accident and our pizza would be reasy in 8 minutes amd delivered…. We live 7 to 10 blocks away… we did not get another call or our pizzassss!!! Next day 4:30pm I called to confirm they were aware and we were refunded. The GM offered an apology and advised our money would be refunded…,, ok well you would think they would at least give us a 1 pizza pie or even a coupon for the extremely hangry experience.

They’re definitely understaffed, which shows in long wait times (both for the pizza and at the desk waiting to talk to someone), but the staff barrels through anyway. They’re always nice, despite running around doing everything in the restaurant, and food usually comes out pretty tasty.

Get it together man. Placed an order for delivery, waited an hour, they called and said it’d be another 40 minutes. After 45 minutes I called and they said it was going in the oven and would be right to me. An hour later, absolutely nothing. Called, stayed on hold until the line went dead. Called again, they just refunded me and cancelled my order. And I’m still hungry.

Got delivered someone else’s order, I called the store to notify them, and they asked if I wanted the order to be remade. Since I already waited over an hr for my food and it was getting late I asked for just a refund. They agreed to refund me and cancel the remade order. And hr or 2 later there was a new delivery driver at my house with the correct order. All though this order was correct it was 4 hours after I originally ordered as well I already asked for it to be canceled and to get a refund. They apologized and said the refund will be there in a few business days. At the end of the week I called back because I still have not seen the refund, and the store now has no record of my order. Still can’t get a refund, still can’t get any answers. This will be the last time I ever order from this location let alone dominos.
