Not 1, 2 but all 3 pizzas were incorrect. I called in and spoke to live employee and repeated order twice to confirm. A friend picked it up on his side of town en route to me. I live almost 15 miles from location. They said refund or replacement, he paid cash I would have to drive there for either option. I asked to be refunded and remade, the shift manager got on phone was very rude and condescending like i made the pizzas incorrect and said nothing could be done one or other.. I explained how far I had to drive to correct their mistake and asked for this concession.. they refused , I asked for store manager. I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes.. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE RUDE MANAGERS, during the mist of a move this was horrible, I was only trying to feed my children and was unable to do, and had to use even more gas due to their mistake…

If I could I would give this dominos a 0. I ordered my pizza @8:42pm around 8:50 the slider moved to prep time. It stayed on preparing my pizza for 5 hours. I then get a call @1am saying that my pizza is here come down to get it. I told the man no I want my refund because I have been waiting 5 hours for that pizza. Like I thought they closed @12am anyways. Don’t order from here ever!!!!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas and it’s been 2 hours so far. I’m 1 min from the store. I’ve watched my order on the map drive past me several times. First excuse is they have 1 driver. Second excuse they made a delivery to the same location so it showed my order as being delivered. If they made an order to the same location as my order why did my order continue to travel with the driver. My pizza didn’t order an Uber.

I made an order at 5:40pm. Got the wrong food at around 6:30. It is now 10:30 pm and I have yet to receive the replacement food that was promised to me. I called several times, and this last time, the person over the phone was even confused because he said he had sent the driver out a while ago to deliver my food. So now I’m sitting here waiting AGAIN for them to remake my food and have it sent to me. This is just the worst experience I’ve had with dominoes ever. Do better.

Ordered twice recently, first time they reused old pizza by adding more cheese on top. Put bacon on my chicken that doesn’t even come with it (I do not eat bacon). Second time, same person, gave me uncooked brownies. They also didn’t give me my drink nor sauce. I can wait, I don’t mind waiting a long time to get my food, but not cooking it and leaving things out with no refund is crazy.

Would not even give it one, we ordered a pizza over an hour ago and no updates, the tracker was broken, when we called the store for an update we were on hold for 15 minutes. Spoke to employee and he was not helpful and very rude. Did not try to fix the situation and was not clear if we would receive a refund.

REALLY don’t even deserve one star! Waited 2 hrs for a delivery and ended up picking it up myself. I asked for a refund for my pasta that was prepared incorrectly and they told me I would have to call the next day. Prior to picking my food up I called ATLEAST 10 times and did not receive and answer…probably because the music was entirely too loud! WONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!

We ordered our pizza at 8:15…it’s now 11:33 and 12 unanswered calls later and we still have no idea where the order is, as the tracker simply says it’s being prepped still. From other reviews, it seems like this is a common problem. I recommend the other locations like Lakeside and Belvidere, they’re much more prompt and actually answer the phone!
