Rude over the phone. Was told no delivery drivers available. Get to store to pick up and they have 3 delivery drivers. No public restroom even though there is sit down dining in store. Staff was extremely rude to other customers. Jason told an elderly man he could go somewhere else if he didn’t want to wait.

I must say some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Had to wait 3 hour’s for 3 pizzas that were never being made. I asked about my order and nobody seemed to know about my order, or even cared to check on it. Including the manager. I don’t recommend anyone support this location. Two thumbs down

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They will deliver it to the wrong address and if the dispatcher name is Taz, he will give you no answers and attitude for choosing to order from here. This place will rob you then get mad at you for order here. I have a claim with corporate and it still did not get my pizza ordered to my address.

Placed an order for delivery. After 2 hours I called and they said they did not have a delivery driver and couldn’t send me my pizza. They lied and told me they called me and I didn’t answer when they never called me at all. An area or district manager called me after I complained and they said I would get two $25 credits applied to my account but I never got them. Avoid this location.

Slow as hell. Took hour n half to deliver. Not counting the cooking time. It sat under a heater for a hour and 10 min before it was sent out to deliver. But you still pay full price and tip.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Tried calling to cancel order and got no answer after waiting 20 mins. Delivery showed up two hours and 20mins after placing order. Then watched as the delivery guy tried to leave the pizza outside on the ground. Also, after the hour of waiting and no one answering the phones, I ordered pizza from a competitor, got it delivered and we finished eating before this Dominos delivered. Pizza was hot when it was delivered though. If you order here, do Carryout. Not our first experience having problems with this location.

Don’t place an order here if you need it at any specific time. I placed an order for my first glade class to be delivered at 12 pm. I ordered 4 days in advance to ensure delivery. It ended up not being delivered by 2:45, which is when my students go home. The manager was completely unsympathetic. Go elsewhere!
