Horrible food! Aaron was really nice…but the experience, horrible. I CALLED THE STORE, after my online order. Spoke with a manager to make sure I didn’t have two toppings on my pizza. And to make sure my wings were made well. Aaron Promised me my food would be good. Well, as always (with this location) my food arrives.. The wings were good. But the pizza was so burnt and dry… Ughhhh. I called to complain. I was told the pizza would be made fresh and sent out to me. The pic shows what arrived at my house, as a remake. Literally 5 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza..still dry and barely any beef. Never ordering again! Oh and they asked for the old pizza back, when they came to my house…lol .. Are u kidding me..the dog ate one of them!

I selected my preferred location through the app and re-ordered our favorite combo, but it automatically changed the pick up location to where I used to order from (not my new preferred location). I had no idea until I went to pick it up. Once we figured out what happened, the guy at the Forest Hill location offered to remake my pizza right away, rather than driving across town, and said I could just cancel at the Cary Street location. The employee on the phone at the Cary St location (Kevin) was very cool about the change and cancelled my order without any problem. So, although the app messed up a bit, the employees were really kind and totally made up for it.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have tried multiple times over the last few years since I moved nearby, and apparently the store refuses to hire anyone to deliver pizzas. You will have to wait at least 2 hours for what is often undercooked food or the order getting completely messed up. The staff seem to understand that people are getting more and more irate by the day, but there’s nothing they can do when the owners don’t seem to care about anything or anyone.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered online and got completely burnt food. Called once food arrived and no one answered called the next day wait for over 30 minutes just for a manager to answer and hang up my calls. Spent over 60 dollars on food just not to be able to eat it or get in contact with anyone to get any help. I never order from this location ever again. Thank you “Phil” if that’s even your real name for hanging up in my face three times. I will no longer be spending my money with this company and your corporate office is a joke!

DON’T ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered online & was told I would get my delivery in 45 mins, I knew it was an estimate but after 1h of the pizza sitting in the “checking quality” step on the tracker I called the place. The person answering the phone was super rude & told me it was 1h30 to 2h delivery time… Terrible customer service & reading the previous reviews it looks like the quality is terrible too so maybe I dodged a bullet. Way to go Domino’s, I’ll be sure to never order from you again & use my regular local place from now on (Maldini’s)

This store is absolutely unacceptable I order a simple 2 topping pizza and it came raw and undercooked and after waiting a whole hours again they bring me a new pizza that is burnt to all hell. This is completely unacceptable you can’t be serving food like this then tried to act like having raw food is no big deal. Honestly wish I could leave 0 stars because this is not the first time they have screwed up my food

My girlfriend & I ordered a medium barbecue chicken pizza & garlic parm wings from here for Sunday night dinner. Terrible idea. First of all, my girlfriend called right after we placed the order online & asked if she could make her wings boneless instead of bone in because there was no option online to do so. The lady told her that they had already started making it & that there’s no way to put the sauce on boneless wings. We asked for no onions on my pizza as well. When we picked it up, I opened the box & the sauce was dumped on top of the wings but apparently there was no way to do that on top of boneless wings? Not to mention the wings were RAW. & The pizza was burnt & had more onions on it than chicken. Don’t go here, you’ll regret it. You’ll be wasting your money.

I ordered two pizzas for delivery. Both were overcooked, nearly burnt. When I called to the store, the boy said that they were not burnt and that is their cooking process. He would not give me his name because he said that customers lie.
