I am having a problem with only the marble cookie brownie. This is the second time we have ordered this and it has came to us raw. We picked it up. My husband asked to make sure that it was not raw and was told that it is good judge for yourself for me way too raw once again & I can’t eat it Until I continue baking it at home. The rest of my order was very good.

My whole order was gross. The pizza wasn’t cut properly and was super greasy the pizza was orange. I used a half roll of paper towels soaking grease up and it still wasn’t edible. The parmasean twist was drenched in butter to the point it was soggy. I ordered a pep with mushrooms and it had 3 mushrooms on the whole pizza. My stomach is in knots and I will not order from here again. The customer was terrible also.

Placed an order, (1st time and last time with them). Delivery arrived, driver said order was wrong. Said they would redue. Called back 8 minutes later and said order was right and returned with order. Met the driver at our community gate, 2nd time, picked up order. Order was totally wrong. We will never use them again. Don’t bother trying to place an order online if it’s more than $50 and you want to pay cash. Apparently that’s not allowed and the excuse from Dominoes is that it’s bc people make prank orders all the time so $50 is where the line is drawn. If you CALL to place an order over the phone instead they’ll pretend to take your info for the order and hang up on you half way through. Childish. Easy resolution: order from PaPa Johns or anywhere else that actually wants to make their company money.

This was my 1st and last order at this location. It was a waste of my time and money placing an order. They gave me what they wanted to give me. Their online ordering system needs to be tweaked. The original time for pickup was from 30 to 58 mins. (wow) Once the online clock started it was about 15-20 minutes and the status bar filled the screen with a report that the “order was complete”. Their original estimated time was more close to reality, the status bar was being operated from a different universe. I sat in my vehicle watching delivery drivers come and go. There were two customers who actually went into the store. Each wearing masks, but they went in. Twice. And neither came out with any packages either time. Based on what I received, not receiving any food items from this location would have been a blessing. In this scenario, the only thing that was correct was the “Placed Order” time clock. All of this happened in a span of an hour!

Wait times are never as described, can’t get ahold of anyone to find out why your pizza that was supposed to take twenty minutes has been sitting out, getting cold for an hour, because they immediately put you on hold without letting you speak. Last time we canceled our order because we were creeping up on an hour and a half wait for an order that was supposed to only take 22 minutes. Time before that it sat out so long it was cold. Never ordering from this location again. Horrible experience every time I try.

Last Friday we ordered pizza from this Domino’s for the 1st time and chose to have it delivered. Worst experience ordering pizza I’ve ever had. The app showed the pizza done at 6:30. It wasn’t until 7:45 it was delivered to our house. Tried to use the delivery insurance. It wouldn’t work. Sent an email. NO Response. Had to warm up all the food because it was cold. Not sure we will order from here again. I email you back . No response yet. Still no response. It’s been over a month. I even called the store and they said the district manager would call.
