Had an awesome experience tonight. Ordered their new Philly cheesesteak pizza. Lady at the window was polite, friendly and helpful. Found us a better deal on the pizza. The pizza was AWESOME. Best dominos in cullman! Got my order done in less than 15 minutes on a Friday night at 9pm when they are usually super busy. They did forget my chicken on one side but it was a complicated order and they immediately made me a new pizza! All of the pizzas were beautiful and delicious!

Friendly employees, very professional, very knowledgeable of what they had to offer without looking at the menu or asking one of the other employees. Timing for when it would be ready was as they said it would be, pretty clean work area I would give it 4 stars out of 5 on cleanliness and 4 1/2 stars on employees.

I normally am very satisfied with Dominos and it’s service but today we decided to try the chicken bacon ranch…. DO NOT!! the bacon is “precooked” and looks like tomatoes. Squishy and just gross. We took it back and asked for one without bacon, still received with the raw and nasty “bacon”. do not recommend.

3rd time that a pan pizza with 4 toppings had raw dough. 1st time, I was told because I had 5 toppings and it doesn’t cook as well. Okay…but for 20 years, 2 States a 1 foreign country, no problem with 5 toppings. I did receive a free pizza for my complaint. I also started having just 4 toppings like today’s order and I checked off “well done.” You can see how doughy it is in my picture. No, I don’t want a free pizza. But I think the thermometers of the oven should be checked for accuracy.

Simple order of two hand tossed pizzas and some garlic knots with dip. They knocked it out of the park… SUPER garlicky crust which I find the other location on 157 often lacks. Very nice people as well, keep it up!
