Took over an hour from time pizza was out of the oven to the time the app said it was complete. However the pizza had yet to arrive. I called to inquire about it and was told the were running behind as they only had one driver. Was later called telling me the driver couldn’t find my location. (I had ordered using the pinpoint delivery method). Ended up just canceling the order. Hopefully I don’t have to call the bank Monday.

Ordered in person, two specialty pizzas, one with chicken. The young lady who took my order somehow messed it up, and the cook had to make it all over again. The cook explained that the woman who took my order doesn’t normally do that, which is why mistakes were made. I was in there waiting for roughly 50 minutes.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had here because they were running behind and this wasn’t the first time. I understand things like that happens but it has to be a better method to madness. Having people waiting around for almost an hour with my two pizzas sitting on the shelf for nearly 10 minutes isn’t cool.

Staff at the Midtown location has always been great every time I’ve gone in. The pizza is pretty good, but be warned…they love putting that garlic sauce or whatever it is on the crust of the pizza. If it’s not your thing, you might be disappointed. There is nowhere on the app to put that you don’t want it. I ordered a Brooklyn Style one time thinking I wouldn’t be subjected to it…but nope….it was on that too. I ended up throwing it out due to frustration. Lesson learned.

Girl told me my order would be done in 10 mins…waited over 10 minutes, more like 30…asked about my order they said they didn’t see it…all the while it was sitting there the whole time….It was definitely not worth that wait! Wasn’t even that good! Never wasting my money there again!

Man seriously? 28 years ago when I delivered pizzas in MY car not a company, took all orders by phone, made the pie, and delivered it correctly. Now computers take 90% of the orders, drivers have EV’s supplied by Domino’s, and still deliver the order wrong?? Still waiting on my 2 liter of Cherry Coke that I ordered and paid for. Any day now………

First experience, pizza was not even cooked and looked like absolutely zero effort of any sort was put into making it look half decent.
