This Domino’s location is great! They’re always so fast, super nice, and answer the phone super fast. Pizza is always 10/10! James was my driver and he rules (thanks James! You deserve a RAISE!) I had an order mix up (my fault) and they gave me a refund/coupon to get another pizza.

Extremely uncooperative staff very rude customer service. They ruined my pizza order twice and sent me a different order after an hour of wait both times. There was no communication. The main store was extremely rude about it and said they will send replacement and three hours later they never sent me a pizza neither did they refund the amount. I rate this store zero and I rate dominos customer service zero. Extremely pathetic and rude. Please never order from here. The guys name was Gary and he was very rude I can not emphasize enough how disappointed the experience was.

Ordered at 9pm and was able to pick up my pizza within 20 minutes. Ulysses was helpful in taking my order correctly and helping me choose the optimal dipping sauce for my pizza order. Needless to say, it was an amazing combo.

The tracker was on prep for over an hour and so when I called just to check in and see if they sent out the order, the man on the phone did not even know about my order- did not explain anything to me, and just suddenly put me on hold. I was on hold for TEN minutes until It hung up on me. He didn’t even give me a chance to cancel the order. The tracker then updated to quality check 1 hour 20 mins after i ordered. I won’t receive the food until close to 2 hours after i ordered. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I sent an email to you Trish already about this.
