Went back to Flatiron Dos Toros to give it another try, but same result. $14 bowl barely makes it half way. Half spoon of rice, half spoon chicken, literally seems like they are giving away food from their own bowl. Walked out of there still hungry.

Clean place and its different comparing to chipotle and qdoba and other competitions. I like that. They have a better cheese and when making the burrito etc is made differently as well. The only thing i was recommended to eat was anything but the red rice which looked weird. Maybe to taste it but not for a second time thing. But all in all a friendly staff, neat place, and great food.

So upon paying for my order I had ask the female employee at the register ( heavy set/ African American) if I can please have a copy of my receipt, She says “ No there’s no receipt” and instead tells me what my total was. I’m not asking for my total, I would like a copy of receipt since I’m picking it up for my job”

I used to tell anyone and everyone to go here. Their quality and service has dropped significantly. The tortilla chips were soft and stale. They couldn’t get my order right and had to remake a 3 item quesadilla. The serving sizes have been shrinking. It’s really just not the same.

The burrito is tasty, with a cool array of optional ingredients, and its several dollars cheaper than the same thing you would get at Chipotle (in my case, a vegan burrito with guacamole). Also, the space is cleaner than Chipotle. And they have some cool options for vegans, like impossible meat and sweet potato, and offering farro as a grain is inspired. I gave it four stars rather than five because the owners have clearly chosen to play this annoying game in order to not offer bathrooms to customers by intentionally having below 20 seats so that they don’t have to do that (I counted 18 seats). I want to be a loyal customer of this place but if I need to go to the bathroom, they tell me to go to Trader Joe’s. Is it really so much to expect a restaurant to provide a bathroom for customers?

Wonderful staff, clean restaurant, very good service. I’ve been ordering for myself as well as large catering orders for my office and work events for a while and have always been impressed with their consistent accuracy and quality. Always a crowd favorite! I’d highly recommend!
