Food was good, service was a bit confusing and disappointing. The restaurant is not named Double Thai. It’s actually Brightwok Kitchen. They added an online only menu and to be ordered under the same name. This lead to a confusing experience on where to pick up my order.

Delicious! Quick delivery via Doordash too! Was soo good I just keep eating & eating & forgot to take photo until my last bite. Make sure you request the compostable bowl or you’ll get plastic one if it matters to you. That obsession sauce is a great dip for the sweet potato fritters!

I feel really bad about this, but this place could not have messed up the Pad Thai more. I’m really disappointed especially because pad Thai is my favorite food (I get it all the time), and I’ve never had it as bad as this. There was barely any sauce on it, it’s practically just plain noodles. It was definitely edible, but incredibly disappointing. 🙁

I ordered a pineapple fried rice for delivery and I have to say, it’s the worst food I’ve ever had, it was inedible. No flavor, bland, missed the protein I paid for. It was almost like they thrown away all the ingredients and that was it. I would not recommend this place at all. And totally ripped off.

Very good! We got a needmore pad Thai and a classic egg fried rice (both with chicken) and the portions were great. The secret obsession sauce was amazing and I love that they had the option to put everything in the compostable bowl instead of plastic! Will definitely be ordering often!

This place is amazing. Since leaving LA 4 years ago I found okay Thai food here in Chicago, but never great Thai food. Double Thai is amazing. Not sure how they do it, but it is incredible. Over the last seven days since I found Double Thai I have eaten here five times. Wish they would implement a loyalty program with discounts!

This place isn’t even really open. You walk in and it says BrightWok. I asked if it was Bright Wok or Double Thai and was told to scan a QR code to order from Double Thai. I was told they couldn’t make either of the dishes I wanted from the Double Thai menu. A complete waste of time, energy and bus fare.
