Omg this hidden gem!! Amazing food fresh and delicious. Came in here to try and this will be our new noodle place, the guy there sorry didn’t get a name. Knew the products and how to enhance flavors I swear I took some home only because I could fit another bite in the mouth and I tried!! I’m just sad we didn’t find this place sooner!! You get to choose every step of your Ramen such a plus of course they do have a few you can choose. But so delicious and the chicken wings perfectly seasoned and crispy. A must try!

I’m obsessed with soup. I grew up in WA where it rains constantly and I don’t drink coffee, so soup has been my life-long go-to when I’m cold or not feeling well. My stomach was upset and it was late at night and these guys were open. I’d read a write up about them somewhere and they were on my list of spots to try. My favorite soup in WA was Pho but the places here struggle to get it right and charge three times as much for it as it cost in WA so that has led me to explore the other Asian noodle soups a bit.

The Ramon was tasty and packed with flavor. The noodles were fresh and tasted great. There are a myriad of soup broths to choose from appealing to everyone’s taste bud. The variety of meat and vegetable ensembles only compliments the overall flavor profile of the dish. The soup bowls are large allowing for adequate portions, which, are priced accordingly. The dining area is clean and the asian decor is a perfect compliment to the restaurant. Celebrity owner and food network star Chef Jet Tila should be extremely proud. I encourage you to stop by if you’re in the area.

Really enjoyed the food!! Tried the Tonkotsu Ramen bowl and Tonkotsu Rice bowl. Did not disappoint! Great, helpful staff! Definitely recommend!

Hubby and I are trying a new restaurant every week or whenever we are out for an errand or appointment. Yesterday’s choice was Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. I had no clue what I was walking into, wasn’t expecting much. I just had really bad ramen last week so my expectations were low.

I just don’t see how this was rated so high. Food was good, but was not great. The broth of my soup was very bland. Though I like the concept of choosing my own toppings, the way they were setup or prepared, it dropped the temp of my soup. I like my soups hot when it’s meant to be hot. Also the toppings themselves were still cold, because the soup liquid was not hot enough to bring them to temp. And the way the beef topping was prepared (rolled up) and the broth being not hot enough it didn’t cook the beef all the way. If you like your beef medium cooked it would be okay.
