I am so happy to know that this type of spot exist in Miami. This is a family run BBQ spot with the owner handling the meat, his daughter at the register, Grandpa taking care of the tables and Mom occasionally checking in to make sure everything is in order. Having lived in Tennessee and South Carolina, I’ve always felt that Miami lacks in the BBQ department but this spot sure does fill that hole. I ordered the brisket it was so tender, you can tell it was made with love. The cornbread, top-notch, the mac and cheese, spectacular. I’m gonna bring everyone here. The atmosphere is perfect for the family.

Absolutely fantastic barbecue. Meats are all cooked to perfection, homemade sauces and sides are equally good if not better. Baked beans, collard greens, and cornbread are the best we have ever had. Well done!

So good. We got the fatty brisket and 2 racks of baby back ribs, corn bread, Mac and cheese, beans, and coleslaw. All was really good. Worth every penny. Open Saturdays and Sundays. This is the kind of place you must try. Everybody there was nice and our to go order came out fast. We’ll A Plus and and more. Love it

A HIDDEN GEM – indeed! I would never found it if my friend didn’t tell me about it. The first time that I had GOOD cornbread. Much better than all the big names in the city. The meats were juicy, mouthwatering, and flavorful. The prices are super fair. The sides are generous in size, and again, much better than most Southern cuisine restaurants in Miami. I really enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere. The pies are spectacular too! The owners are super friendly and kind. He even took about 20 mins just to talk to us.

Perfectly cooked brisket and pulled pork. The Mac and cheese also great and not too heavy. Highly recommend. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Don’t let the location deter you. Parking on the street right by it !

It was like going to a friend’s backyard for BBQ and beer, only the BBQ is quite literally the very best I’ve had in all of South Florida. It is down a private dirt road and is quite literally in the owner’s front yard. I’ve tried a lot of BBQ throughout the SoFl areas and nothing compares. The flavors were amazing, the chicken melts off of the bone, the brisket and pulled pork are delicious and the sides were all original in taste (I had the mac and cheese, creamed corn and beans). I finished off with the pecan and apple pies, each of which were amazing.

Best BBQ, especially the corn bread, beans and falls of the bone tender chicken. Tastes homemade and fresh, sauce a little spicy n sweet perfect flavor. Located down a dead end narrow street but very welcoming in front of the guy’s house w/ picnic table under a tent. Service was very professional. Spoke to the wife, they started their “pop-up” stand when the husband lost his job due to the pandemic. As a gifted chef he turned his bleak situation into something amazing, a true under-dog story. I will continue to “roll up” to his stand, I look forward to it all week long. You will not be disappointed.

What a treat and hidden gem. Hands down the best bbq I have had anywhere near Miami. The brisket was perfectly smoked and tender, the corn bread is the best I’ve had, the baked beans were excellent, and the home made bbq sauces were both delicious. Tables were sparkling clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Will be back often!
