This morning at 6:40 a.m., I walked in to get my coffee, nobody was in the front, they had only 2 people working on the drive-through window, when I asked nicely if someone can help me there, both emplyees were super rude and the guy came to me and said ” if you are busy just leave???!” With a very bad attitude. I asked him to be nice and to close the door if they were just serving the drive-through.

I’m Brazilian and i overheard a Brazilian coworker just try and ask for help and everyone was ignoring her, she was wearing a training hat and she needed help and there was even a coworker who didn’t let her speak and just yelled at her. It made the environment extremely uncomfortable. I felt terrible for the girl and she didn’t deserve that anxiety. I get it can be stressful but not how it should’ve been handled. Hope she leaves and finds a healthier environment.

Great coffee here and the service is even better! The shop was extremely busy but they completed my order very fast with no mistakes. The store was very clean (even though it was busy) and everything was stocked (straws, napkins, etc.) Wish I lived closer to this location because I would come here all the time!
