It is like being in Mexico a little. They have a butcher shop and small store as well. The food is excellent. I really love the staff. And the meat from their shop is incredible it cooked so nice the apartment didn’t have a bad smell after cooking . It is just a good place. You can get food to go as well. The breakfast burrito is fabulous. Good coffee.

This is the spot! The parking is a little inconvenient but it’s totally worth it. Anything you order is going to be authentic and delicious. Exactly what you’re looking for in a Mexican carniceria/marketa/restaurant. If you’re going through Bakersfield this is a must stop.

(Below is a picture of half of the breakfast burrito) Wanted to try this place so I purchased a breakfast burrito, I wasn’t impressed for $10.00 it’s not worth it, way over priced, very little ham,bacon,chorizo but lots of potatoes,that they use as a filler. Won’t be back,take my advice go down the street to Ben Paca Mexican Restaurant their breakfast burritos are at least 2 times bigger with lots of meat,eggs,and few potatoes and for the same price!

So I went for Christmas me and my husband for breakfast Menudo, and to be honest I love the Menudo and my husband loves his torta but their customer service especially the man in the meat department is terrible. Where are you order as well it is not nice the person that was there taking our order is very standoffish. Does not have any patience for people trying to decide what to order and all honesty I would not go there again this was my first time and it will be my last because everywhere where I go, I look for customer service first of all
