Can’t seem to get a simple coffee order right. My Uncle goes here daily. It’s literally a 2 minute drive from our home. But he gets a medium BLACK coffee and adds his own sugar substitute. As for my Husband and I…. much different. Since moving close to said Uncle my husband tries to go with him for morning coffee runs as much as possible. Uncle is getting up in years ( mid 80s) to spend some time with him. It goes with out fail ALMOST every time he gets my order to go : medium caramel hot coffee 4sugar 3 cream .. they NEVER seem to get it right. Whether it’s no sugar at all. To plain coffee. To a whole different flavor. SOMETHING is extremely wrong. Thank God he’s just bringing it hometo me and I can fix it up. If I was on my way to work or school. I’d be infuriated. Coffee is my day starter. So if your like me…. check your order at this location before leaving.. your day could start off horrible if you love a good cup of coffee in the morning!!!

I just went to this dunkin and got the avocado toast which is one of the only things i can order there since i’m vegetarian. i ordered the normal one and when i opened it there was little pieces of bacon all in the guac. that should not be happening if i didn’t order the avocado toast with bacon.

The first time they gave me the everything bagel without cream cheese, and I came back a second time and they offered to change it, I even told them that if I paid for the difference and they said it was fine. and they give it to me again with almost no cream cheese. very bad service

Got a good strong Signature Iced Latte. Was able to even get a flavor that wasn’t on the menu any longer, coconut caramel. The customer service was very good. They were very helpful and asked all the correct questions to make our coffee purchase an enjoyable one. Will definitely stop there again when we are in West Haven.

I usually come to this Dunkin location on the weekend in the morning and I have to say the girls are always super friendly, prompt, but most of all clean! They are always cleaning their workspace, counters, flavor pumps etc. It definitely doesn’t go unnoticed and as a customer I am truly grateful for their great work ethic.
