I cannot recommend Jamila’s Cafe more! Such an amazing experience and environment. The food was fantastic and the restaurant was a really intimate setting. Both the chef and owner are such sweet people and really make you feel at home. I ordered the shrimp and mussels pasta daily special and my friend got the lamb tagine and both were fantastic! Even the butter with the bread was some of the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back!

Me and a Tunisian friend came to this restaurant and we were delighted with the food, the experience and the service. According to my friend, the food was very authentic, even the plates and the food setting was 100% Tunisian. The attention to detail is impressive. I hope I can come back soon.

Best Tunisian and Mediterranean food in town! If you want to have an authentic culinary experience with a great service this is the place to be! Moncef and Jamila are the sweetest hosts and their food is incredibly good! The lamb couscous and brik were to die for!

Where do I begin. This place is amazing. My boyfriend and I wandered in to have dinner for his birthday. Jamila came out to greet and seat us. She made a special mint tea just for us. The atmosphere is very welcoming, intimate and cozy with low lighting. The food was delicious. Although, the food was delicious the service is what will keep me coming back. The experience was like visiting a friend’s house and being treated like family. Half way through our dinner we had the pleasure of meeting Jamila’s amazing husband. He was just as attentive and kind as his wife. Over all a great experience. 10/10 I would highly recommend.

Great atmosphere; everyone did a great job of making you feel welcome. Escargot and mussels were outstanding and so was the lamb. All of the dishes had great flavor. Perfect spot for a date night or an outing with close ones. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely in love with this spot and mad for not knowing about it sooner. Family owned spot with all the love and comfort of grandma’s cooking. We had a little of everything and it was lovely. I got baptized with orange blossom infused water.

I am a travel nurse and today I woke up craving a steak. It’s too bad I am not close enough to Jamila’s cafe anymore. The food there is well-prepared and extremely delicious. I had the steak and crawfish soup several times on assignment. The owners are extremely kind as well. I ordered on my birthday and the owners gave me a dessert on the house. Can’t wait to go back!

For full honesty, I never ate at this restaurant. My tour guide had recommended this restaurant to us, and I was excited to try tunisian food….I was visiting from North Carolina and wanted to try this place, but they were closed! I had visited their website that day to look the menu and I had traveled from the warehouse district 1 1/2 hours roundtrip to go there. And they were closed for 3 weeks. While they had a sign on their door, they should have put a notice on their website. Even on yelp, it appeared open. I think this is incredibly rude to not inform people before they arrive at your restaurant that you are closed.
