I’ve been going to the same dunkin for two and a half months now and order the same thing: a refresher with no tea as I cannot drink tea. Today I ordered and was told there was going to be an extra charge for no tea, which I have never been told before. They charged me an extra $1, which isn’t that big of a deal (even though it’s not worth the extra $1), but they never did this before. When I asked them why they started this, they were like I don’t know, it just is now. I would also like to add that they are very rude when it comes to taking your order through the drive thru. I have never heard a hi or good morning, it is always your order or can I get your order. Plus, they make long pauses so it takes 5 minutes to order two things.

Whoever works the drive thru during 2nd shift can’t speak full English which can be a huge issue when ordering food, also the cooks are lazy and like to under cook their food. Haven’t had this issue with the 1st shift people but once it’s past 12 this Dunkin is terrible

4 out of 5 times they cannot get my order right. Ever since management changed its like they no longer care. The way they work now is sluggish, its like they dont care for their job. It been an absolute task trying to talk to these people. You’ll have to repeat yourself 2-3 times EVERY time and even then they cant get your order right. Worst dunkin in the area. Really didnt want to post this, but after getting my coffee wrong AGAIN I just had to. If you need coffee or a meal, get it from McDonalds next door they will get you sorted.

This DD is by far the most consistent and best ones I have ever been to. Everyone working always goes super out of their way to make sure we have a pleasant visit, no matter what time of day, but especially the Breakfast crew! Their manager is phenomenal and never has anything but the kindest of words to say. Hands down the best quality in food and customer service of any DD ever!
