This is honestly one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I understand all Dunkin Donuts serve the same coffee but I guess they do something different here because it’s especially good. The food is always awesome and I rarely wait in line!

They are extremely rude every time me and my family go! Whenever we order they always forget something, and then give unnecessary attitude. I places an order for over $30, and they forgot 3 items of my order. I went back around for the items, and they said I had everything. Just for me to go home and still be missing 2 items! Needless to say I won’t be coming back after this experience.

I visited the DD for a brewed hot coffee. While in a short line in the store, I looked at my DD app. There was an available offer for a medium iced coffee. I showed the cashier the promo on my Dunkin Donuts app and then I was going to pay through the app. She rang it up scan my phone and charged me $2.79 instead of the $1.

1. This Dunkin’ has gone downhill. I started coming here when I moved to the area almost two years ago. It started out perfect, they never messed up my order, had great customer service, and I was able to walk in and pick up my order consistently. Now, it’s not so consistent.

Horrible costumer service by the young boy who stands at the window. He is arrogant and stated to me “that’s not my problem” when the person who ordered the online order as a walk in. This boy couldn’t be bothered to walk the 2 feet to get the coffees that were ordered. He was just standing around and walking back and forth at the window. This isn’t the first awful experience I had with this boy. He has given me attitude multiple days in a row and I go to the Dunkin regularly. The morning staff are amazing and great with customer service. I hope something is done about this young boys attitude and his position to be filled with an associate that is grateful to have a job.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I don’t know if they hired new people or what, but the coffee tastes either old, burnt, or is cold. The matcha is always chunky or isn’t even mixed! Every time I order an iced matcha latte the people don’t mix it at all and I’m left with chunks of the powder and matcha on its own is not good. Tried giving this place a chance after a few bad drinks but now I’m never coming back here again.
