Gave them another chance to cook my order all the way and they failed again. Ordered my item at the drive through menu, took 5 minutes to move ahead in line because of a demanding customer 2 cars ahead of me, got to the window and found out that my order was never entered in the system… Paid after it was entered and had to wait on the side of the drive thru before I got my food. Defeats the point of being in a rush and going into the drive thru on my way to work.

For anyone who comes here make sure you check your order before you pull off. Then when they bring you what you think should be the correct order make sure you check it again because it will most likely be wrong again. It seems like a group of toddlers are more competent than any “adult” in this establishment. They show no remorse for getting your order wrong and wasting your time. If anything you should avoid this place like it is the plague. However, if you’re willing to deal with humans who don’t use their brain to perform simple tasks a 4 yr old could do, experience terrible customer service and spend an extra 10 minutes for basic coffee and doughnuts please pull into this establishment and have the time of your life.

Cost: Wow! 2 orders of single scoops ice cream cones are $4.99 each!! I asked for 1 order to be a KIDS scoop, and the employee said that wasn’t available, which is still on the menu..? So he made 2 of the single scoops but just plopped the scoops on the cake cones, so, beware of this, when you get yours! COOKIES AND CREAM was DELICIOUS!!

Completely ridiculous the service I received from this location. First off me and my fiancé were very clear about what we wanted. We asked for one thing without tomatoes on it and the guy taking our order proceeded without taking the tomatoes off, then there were problems with the scanner for a coupon I wanted to use so he just stood there frantically looking around not asking for help, then when we asked if he took off the tomatoes he said no and asked if we wanted something else. My fiancé, already mind blown by the sheer unorganized business, said yes just to move on so I had to correct him again. Upon receiving our food the sandwich was completely burned and hard as a rock! Unbelievable that any human being with a brain could think that was acceptable to serve to a paying customer. When my fiancé asked to get another one that wasn’t burnt he was waiting in line behind an employee who was taking his time ordering his lunch, the same guy that took our order told him it was going to be and taste the same (mind you we didn’t even bite it because you can physically see and feel how burnt it was). I wish I had picture evidence to show y’all exactly what I mean, but believe me in was BLACK like the tar on the streets.
