Restaurant is clean and nice looking, but the staff can be very disorganized which causes miscommunication and small mistakes. The order you receive will either have a minor piece missing or wrong. We go here due to its vicinity to where we drive for work. The younger crew work hard to keep up so cudos to them. My suggestion is to slow down, listen to what the customer wants and not focus on the commotion at that moment.

Literally the worst dunkin donuts I’ve ever been too. I’ve been trying to stop my self from giving this place a bad review for over a year. But I’m sick of it now, and I guess it’s my fault for continuing to go to this location out of convenience. This place screws up the order literally every other time. Moving forward, I’m driving out of the way to the rackets location.

Used to go to this Dunkin all the time, but it’s gone downhill. Went to the drive thru last weekend and me and my partner ordered iced coffees. As we pulled away they tasted funny, almost watered down or like there wasn’t much actual coffee in the cup. I was going to just let it go but thought maybe I hadn’t stirred it. So I start stirring and see tons of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup and spinning around was a curly hair…! I can’t believe that something like this could make it to the customer. Got home and spilled out the “coffee” and took the photos. Waste of my time and money. I contacted Dunkin corporate who gave a generic “sorry” response and passed me to the store owner. Tried calling them back today but got voicemail. Will not be going back to this location again.

The manager on duty. Ms.sandra is very disrespectful and has an attitude. This the second time me going there and she does the same thing. Youll need to fire her or get another manager on duty that has people and communication skill. Sandra is very unprofessional and i will never go back, and ima tell people about that store location until something is done about this.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever . I order two fresh hot dark roast coffee after three times of trying to get my right order he brought me a dirty cup than I complained about the dirty cups he simply said because the coffee spelled out of the cup I was like are you kidding me. I held the other cup it all spelled out on my hand and on the floor that because he did not put the top right. I left without taken one coffee so I waste time lose money. I literally felt unsatisfied.
