Not a drive through location, you must go inside. Stopped by for a coffee and donuts. Handed me the donuts at the register but had to wait for the coffee as they don’t pour it at the register. The placed was slammed and all the workers were beyond busy. I waited for all the specialty food and drink orders ahead of me for 15 minutes and still no coffee. The manager was kind enough to refund my coffee cost and wished me a good day. I appreciate that and how hard they worked, but they need to change their procedures and pour coffee at the register and not have the simple coffee order waiting in the queue for all the specialty orders. Probably will not stop here again.

I gave it three stars because the young guy helping us was really nice. The grumpy lady helping him seemed to hate her job. Anyways we ordered a Dozen and 2 were specialty donuts. She made him charge us basically all separate instead of just charging extra for the two. I’ll go to Krispy Kreme next time $6 up charge for 2 speciality donuts that look like a regular donut it’s just butter pecan.

I like to go here because it is the closest one. They usually get the order right and I have no issues. None of the staff are friendly or even smile and I’ve been here multiple times. And there is one ethnic lady who works there who is straight up rude and always has attitude. One experience I had with her, she didn’t put enough cream in my iced coffee, and I politely asked her if she could add more. She gave me an attitude and took my drink back, dumped out the coffee and added more cream. Second experience I didn’t like, I ordered ahead for curbside pickup. I arrived and I was waiting 15 minutes. I had my toddler in the car so I didn’t want to get out so “CURBSIDE” is they are supposed to bring it out to you. On the app it specifically states “if you can not find our designated parking, put your hazard lights on and someone will bring it out to you.” But one of the teenagers (every morning a group of them hang over there- don’t even order) parked too close so I could not fit in the parking spot so I was at the one RIGHT NEXT TO IT. After calling them to ask if it was ready she brought it out. Told me I was not in the curbside parking and I explained about what it says on the app and the hazard lights but she just wanted to be argumentative and say that the parking space was open…she also said “we were busy so that’s why we didn’t bring it out.” I don’t see the point of it if I’m following what it says to do on the app. Anyways she is very rude and I don’t think I’ll be going back here. I’m a nice person and always very kind and understanding because I’ve been a barista myself so I hate that she gives me such a bad experience.

I’m not happy with this at all. I’ve been to 3 other D&D in the area and had none of these issues. For some reason, this one across from the mall doesn’t know how to make coffee or food correctly. I used to work for D&D as a shift leader, and I know that their general policies can still tell you how to make the different items on their menu. I ordered a new iced coffee regular with Oatmilk and sugar and a shot of expresso, which adds $2.00 to that one cup of coffee. The lady decided to make that coffee with cream and sugar and add oatmeal to it. This coffee is for someone who is lactose intolerant. I had to return it. They remade it, and I’m pretty sure they did not add my $1.50 shot of expresso because the coffee still wasn’t the right color. My bagels had very little to no cream cheese on it, which they charged me extra for the cream cheese. My caramel macchiato, which they charge me extra $4 for the caramel tasted like Ash which mean they burnt the expresso and didn’t add the 4 shot of caramel it taste more like 2 or 3 shots. Not ok. Charge me extra and not give me what I paid for.

Bought a Chia Tea, waited 10 minutes to realize another customer walked out with it. Asked for a refund, I was never given a receipt because I paid cash and tipped….interestingly enough. Last time I make that mistake. Walked out with nothing. Job well done ripping off customers.

Beyond disappointed I ordered a hot latte which was beyond cold. Order snackin bacon and my entire food order was cold/frozen. When I came back to ask for my food to be recooked and my drink to be remade. The manager cut me off without listening to what I had to say. Instead She put her hand up telling me to stop talking and told me that my bacon was suppose to be cold. I order these all the time from different locations and they are always cooked! How are you trying to sell someone cold food… especially when it’s meat. Never again.
