This Dunkin’ donuts is horrible, I was a regular customer up until they kept messing up my drink adding so much milk and cream. Finding hair in the coffie .When I would ask them to remake it then they would start to ignore me , i would walk out and try again on different shift then I walked in the store and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The manager is rude she berates her employees. And talks about customers thur her mic … it’s a waste of time … I would advise you to go to the new Starbucks that just opened in front of Haynes they have a wonderful staff..that are friendly and have no problem Customizing or remaking an order….

Horrible customer service . Just got off the phone with manager to ask why I was charged 22.11 for a drink and a sandwich when I come through the line all the time so I know for a fact a sandwich and a drink can’t cost that much . I don’t know what happened in a year the drastic change in this manager and her store but her attitude and staff attitude is the worse!!! It’s already bad enough the wait times are horrible and when you come to the window they act like your a bother or there to busy to address you while the manager has an attitude on her face when you speak . There are a bunch of young adults that in there she hired that maybe one out of the group knows how to show great customer service. I live down the street so it is convenient for me to go but when I tell you I’m so angry that my account is in the negative because of an incorrect charge from them I will NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN! And I will tell Everyone that Dunkin Doughnuts on HULL STREET IN VA IS A FRAUD AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY ! With HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Four Dunkin associates behind the counter talking to one customer (about a job to be specific). No one acknowledged me until I’d been standing for a min. Then continued to talk and halfway get my items together. Main register was not on and had to surrender my phone to the associate to ring me up via the app at the drive thru register. Not professional or customer service oriented.

This establishment is so unorganized. I mobile order a coffee to pick up through drive thru. When I got there the drive thur line was backed up so I decide I will just go in and get my order. I was the only person at the counter and no one acknowledged me. One lady would not even make eye contact. I asked if my order was on the counter I was told no but never asked for my name or what I order. After 3 min of this I left and went through the drive thur that was still backed into the street. After about 5 min of waiting I pulled around to the window braking in front of cars waiting. When the guy finally acknowledged that I was at the window after a min. He said oh your Courtney and handed me a Luke warm beverage. When tasting this signature salted carnal latte I realize there is no coffee in it. They have given me warm milk with salted Carmel flavoring. I will never return to this establishment again.

Been coming to this Dunkin every single day for over a year just about and the quality of of the drinks have really gone down the drain and I order the exact same thing each time. Idk what’s going on and I hope it gets resolved soon especially spending $4.44 per coffee that taste horrible and I have to throw away after purchasing. It’s very upsetting to say the least

I’ve never had a visit where my order was not messed up. This last time I was in a hurry, the employee who handed my my order looked in the bag and said 2 sandwiches and 2 orders of hashbrowns. I acknowledged that it was my order, got to work and of course I was missing a sandwich. Every single time! Usually I catch it but I’m fed up with it.
