Usually a pretty good experience here at this location! My oldest daughter worked here for several months! The store manager seems to be a really nice guy! Watch when leaving the drive thru area after the window!! It’s a weird turn to the right, with curbs on both sides, so if you’re in a big vehicle it can be a huge pain in the butt!!!

Just had THE best dunkin experience- extremely fast, polite and wonderfully correct order. Bagel minis were hot and SO good and the macchiato beat my expectations. The store is also well stocked and the next gen case was tidy and adorable. Very well done definitely can see the pride through the work and how nice the store itself is. Just what I needed. Does Dunkin not toast their bagels anymore? This is the 2nd time this week we go in there asking for toasted bagels and just get regular bagels. One of them was missing the cream cheese. The donuts got smashed together in a bag. Also it be great if the employees stopped stuffing donut holes into their mouth while talking to and helping customers. So rude and unprofessional.

If you go later on the day like I’m likely to do because of my schedule don’t expect non stale donuts or the bakery items of your choice. They are often out later in the day. Service is always excellent and there’s always a smile for me in the drive through.

Every time I have ever been they have messed up my order a sandwich with no top on it, a sandwich burnt, a sandwich not toasted, hole milk instead of coconut milk…people I’m allergic to hole milk! The list goes on and on they don’t put food in bags they don’t give napkins they don’t give coffee toppers or selves for hot coffee….thinking about stoping by and if they mess up again I’m done
