Let me start out by saying I dont typically give bad reviews but this one is owed, this was the third and last time we will go to this location . The last two times had issues with order but this time the product and service were the worst. We ordered a simple iced coffee with caramel, whip cream and a caramel drizzle. Received carmel craze instead took inside since allergic to cinnamon. Rude older Male employee said “You should learn how to order properly” since we didn’t order what was received the comment was rather uncalled for. Maybe in the future they could listen and ring up what was ordered instead of just hitting one button to make it easier on them, afterall that is their job. They did make a replacement but didn’t grind up the ice (most likely out of spite) so half of drink was just big chunks of ice and a total waste of money. In the future we’ll just stick to the other two locations and skip this one all together.

I frequent the Hardin Valley location often. Not wanting to fight school traffic, I stopped by the Northshore location and ordered my usual. Coffee and an everything bagel toasted with butter. I had to wait an unusually long time, considering the store was not that busy, for the bagel. When I opened the bagel, the amount of butter on it was disgusting. So much butter it didn’t melt on the toasted bagel. It would have been the perfect amount for cream cheese. Needless to say, I will stick with the Hardin Valley location or just skip it all together.

I placed an order and pulled to the drive thru window. My money was taken and then i was told they didn’t have i ordered. I asked for a refund and the person working the window didn’t know how. I asked for the manager but there wasn’t one on duty. I asked who was in charge? “Oh, me, I am.” Says the guy in training who was working the window. So no refund and what i wanted i couldn’t get.

A couple mths ago I bought coffee and a cream filled donut,that wasn’t filled with anything. Today I bought a large vanilla cappuccino in the drive thru. A couple miles down the road I take a drink and it didn’t taste right. When I was stopped I look at the sticker on the cup and it said original cappuccino. Im tired of paying for something I’m not getting. This location is the only one I keep having a problem with. Other locations seem to have no problem getting the orders correct.

I love Dunkin! They didn’t have many donuts left, but I went there after 11am. I asked about various drinks. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They made me an incredible drink. The breakfast sandwich was tasty too.

Very polite staff and the store was neat and clean. Large selection even at 7 pm and the doughnuts were good. The location is a bit of a trick to get in and out of, so be aware, especially if traffic is heavy on Northshore.

Absolutely great service! We went in when they had a new person working the register. We had some issue with a coupon we had, but he fixed it quickly and was super nice during the whole process. Selection as far as donuts was limited, but that didn’t really bother me.

Don’t order from their app. I order half a dozen donut and paid online. Went to pick it up and they didn’t have two of the donuts I choose. So I said just switch them to anything with sprinkles because it’s for a 2 and 4 year old girl. The man said “I got you.” He handed me the box and we drove away. Later to find out there were 5 chocolate donut and one blueberry. No sprinkle in site. You basically pre-pay to not get what you ask for. ‍♀️
