This is multiple times now that my frozen chocolate had came out looking nothing like it is advertised. It looks so delicious in the pictures but then to not even have the whipped cream or chocolate syrup is bland. I asked for Carmel to be added but it did not taste like Carmel at all. Not very impressed.

Sadly the service is very slow. Numerous times I’ve sat and waited for 15-20 minutes for an order. Even when making via the app ahead of time. Perhaps they are having trouble hiring or the location is too small to do everything in the back cooking area, I don’t know. I have also had multiple orders messed up. Even stuff bagels were not heated up and thrown into a bag. Hopefully they can figure things out.

Refresher was good, but the tomato pesto grilled cheese had tough tomato pits left in every tomato on the sandwich. And a napkin was melted onto the bottom piece of sandwich bread. Dunkin management needs to have workers cut out/core out the pit in the top center of each tomato before crushing/roasting the tomatoes in the sandwich. Very gross to try to chew through a pit in each bite, and not worth $4.50.

Waited quite a while just for an iced coffee, when there was only one person in front of me. Also spotted one of the employees rinsing their hands off in the sink without using soap, and then drying it on their shirt…. gross! Won’t be returning unless hand washing techniques are learned and applied

Absolutely terrible. I ordered from here and half my sandwich was still frozen. So I tried an delivery order, that was messed up too. I order 4 drinks and 3 donuts and was missing half. They weren’t even busy… would not recommend going to this one.

June 30th 2021 around 11:15 a.m., I ordered 50 box of munchkins and a strawberry coconut refresher. She said they can’t give me 50 munchkins bc they don’t have enough. This is a Donut shop correct? It wasn’t 11 p.m., it was only 11 a.m… there should be plenty of donuts. So I said ok give me 25 of a variety. She then tells me they don’t have any refreshers. Kinda disappointed, but I can get over it. What really got me upset to rate you 2 stars (almost wanted to rate 1 bc this location has the rudest team in the area, but I didn’t) was when I got half way home I opened the box and all I see is cinnamon!
