Food was a mess when they handed it to us. My wrap was a little burnt it still tasted good though. The service however was not great the guy at the drive through had such a scowl on his face that made you feel terrible for coming there. God forbid you ask him for napkins. Sheesh. A great place to grab your coffee if you like the drive thru employees yelling at you for asking for a moment even when there’s no line behind you. Every attempt at this Dunkin’ the last year the employees have been so rude, and seem genuinely shocked when you tell them to their faces they’re rude. Go to the one on Broadway instead, the staff is so much better.

Skorpyun’s Lair
Staff is always friendly and working hard. What they do have in stock always tastes great. The dining area is well maintained and the pricing is typical. HOWEVER, they quite often start running out of things about 5 pm. Take care of that Dunkin Donuts, and I’ll give you a 5th star. Don’t blame it on supply chains. You do business in the food capitol of the world.

HAIR IN MY COFFEE, on mouth piece!! Marched right back in & demanded money back, no apologies, no personalities, they don’t speak! No cares in the world from the millennials playing on their phones, never spoke a word nor showed any kind of customer service skills from when I first walked in to place order; just going thru the motions with hair hanging out of their hats & down not securely fastened, straight faces, acting like you’re in their way. Reported it to Corporate & Seamus said they take these matters very seriously. Miguel, the district manager did call & we spoke more & he knew exactly who I was talking about & that he was not happy at all with some of the workers in general & was going to take care of things. If anyone notices changes of faces & no cell phone playing in front of customers & no hair in your stuff nor any rude service, well then house was cleaned

Walked in, no customers at counter. One person in the drive-thru. Stood there for five minutes with my daughter and was looked at by multiple employees without being acknowledged. Instead they were talking amongst themselves as if they were at home. Needless to say, we will not be back.

We experienced the worst young lady at the window today. No smile, no words. Asked for a drink holder and she was not happy and it showed. Then asked for a pup cup and she stormed off and shoved it at me, she looked like she wanted to throw it at me. Then said you’re suppose to pay for this!! Which I gladly would have done. (Although Starbucks doesn’t charge) And she turned her back on me and walked away. No hellos, no thank yous, no smiles…unbelievably rude!
