My husband and I were so excited to try this new neighborhood brunch spot when they opened up! Eggcellent was indeed “Eggcellent!” From their service to their menu, everything was quite delightful. We highly recommend the skirt steak skillet and the chiplequles. The presentation was great and the portions were great for the price. Definitely somewhere I would go again on a Saturday morning.

This spot exceeded expectations. It seems like a newly opened family restaurant. Their teamwork and coordination is perfect. Whoever made the coffee clearly has experience, better than most chicago coffee shops.

By far the best place I’ve gone so far for Breakfast. I ordered the Ham and Cheese Omelet with 5 different Cheeses and my Mom got the Belgium Waffles. The one thing that made this restaurant excellent was the way they made the Omelet. Which is with the cheese in the middle, not layed on top. Will be going back again soon.

The food was really good. They cooked my eggs perfectly over-medium, a lot of other places don’t get that right. I ordered biscuits and gravy I loved that my entrée came with a side of potatoes and sausage. Orange juice was fresh. It’s a little pricey but worth it.
