We come here every few weeks. I adore the pastelitos and the yucca fries. Last time they gave me a ham & cheese pastelito instead of cheese, but I didn’t die of it. The restaurant itself is your basic diner in a strip mall, but the food is greasy, crunchy heaven. Try the green sauce for sure.

Fantastic hole-in-the-wall, south Tulsa restaurant serving authentic Venezuelan street food in oversized portions. I had the pepitos, which is easily a two person meal, set off by distinct flavors intended to shock the whiteness right out of you, mostly in the form of heartburn. Thoroughly enjoyed this sandwich. 4 stars reflects not the food but the service, which is forgivable due to the quality of the food.

Simple menu with delicious items. We ordered a variety of arepas as we try to eat gluten free. They were quite flavorful and perfect size for lunch. We also ordered the fried plantains. They came with cream and cheese but were delicious by themselves.

This place is delicious! The food was made fresh and it was amazing. Also, the people here were super nice. My waitress took the time to explain everything to me and was super helpful. I’ve been here a few times and they haven’t disappointed yet.

I would rate this as a top-5 Latin restaurant in Tulsa. Anything that you order here will be delicious. I came with my wife and friend who was visiting from NY and she was genuinely impressed with the amazing food quality. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, but my favorite was the arepas. Apart from the great food, the service was also very good, they fixed everything quickly and were very nice. This is a must try if you live in Tulsa!

Got the pabellon and pollo arepa. The pabellon one was amazing. We also got the mini cheese empanadas for my kid and I ended up sneaking bites when she wasn’t looking. Price is really good for how big the portions are.

I highly suggest coming here for your Venezuelan food! El Arepa de Pabellón is my absolute favorite and I always get it with un pastelito de queso! The restaurant is clean and the staff is always friendly. This reminds me so much of the food my grandmother used to make me back in Caracas and later in Puerto la Cruz. They also have some Venezuelan sweets that you can purchase which are extremely delicious. The prices here are reasonable and the potions are rather large! Once you come here be sure that you’ll be coming back for more!

I wish I had known about this place sooner, as it is absolutely fantastic. Amazing, delicious food that I will soon be heading back for more. Easily the best (and largest) empanada I’ve ever had.

Not a great experience. Maybe because I went 30 minutes before closing. Body language and attitude while I was ordering looked like they didn’t want me there. The food was good but the experience as well do matter.
