From the moment we came waitress had an attitude. We ordered our drinks…unfortunately one of the kids knocked down one of the drinks. My sister asked if we could get another drink on the house…waitress answered us with an attitude it’s your fault you knocked down the drink. Which is understandable but could’ve used a whole different approach.

Arrived to a very rude waitress still decided to stay figured maybe she was having a bad day. My son spilled my Lina colada immediately after the angry waitress brought it. She did not bother to help clean the spill just threw us a towel when I asked if they’d replace it being that she clearly saw it was an accident by my 4 year old son. She said with a smart attitude “it was clearly your kids fault that is on you, you need to pay for another we had nothing to do with that”. Clearly when she didn’t even do her job to help when it spilled all over my sister. Terrible service!!!! Do not recommend!

This place is horrible. I have given them 3 chances. Each time it’s pointless. If you show up. No one will ever come to your table to give you a menu or serve you. You will need to go to the cashier. And when they see you they run into the kitchen and hide. They have a bell. So after you ring it a few times. People walk by but they act like they don’t speak English or Spanish. They just shrug their shoulders and walk away. Now let’s say you order on the phone. When you get there. They act like they don’t have your order. Then they say ok we will make it now. If you order on Door Dash or Grubhub get ready for a long wait. Because they will not start the order until the driver shows up. Then the driver has to go through the bell ringing and searching for someone that can talk. Then the driver will find out that the order was never made. So the driver will leave and reject the order and you will have to wait for a 2nd driver to accept it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The food is pretty good, service was terrible. Went in last night the girls were all sitting around a couple of men that I assumed worked there as well just stared at us when we came in, I had to ask if we could sit anywhere one of the males responded yes, the girls kept about their business ( talking to each other) our waitress was kind of friendly but didn’t know anything about the drink menu. One of the other girls helped her bring the food out, when we asked which steak was medium well and which was medium the answer was “ idk with a shrug of the shoulders”. No smiles, rude. I will never visit again. I try and support my people. But I don’t support rudeness.

This place needs to get new staff all the women that work there are just rude they look at you with an attitude you definitely don’t feel welcomed in this place they also make you wait too long to pay your food. I ordered over the phone and about 2 women went past the register and took their time in taking care of us

Ordered to-go food to be delivered tonight. Got to say their pupusas were large and had amazing flavor. I ordered beef nachos too they exceeded my expectations. Grilled steak pieces instead of ground beef, fresh jalepenos, refried beans and real melted cheese (even still crunchy chips when delivered) The only reason I docked a star is because I order 3 pupusas but only received 2 🙁

Very bland all around. I don’t know how you make fajitas bland but not impressed. The pupusas were ok but overpriced. The beans were decent but only about a spoonful was given with fajitas order. Lettuce in salad was old and wilted, looked spoiled. Forgot several items on our online order. I wanted to like the place but was majorly disappointed.
